6 բնական միջոց` մաշկը հարթեցնելու համար

Հարեք երկու ձու՝ մինչև փրփրանման զանգված ստացվի, այնուհետև տարածեք դեմքի և պարանոցի վրա: 20 րոպե թողնելուց հետո կարող եք լվանալ: Ձուն այս եղանակով կարելի է կիրառել՝ նաև մեկ թեյի գդալ թթվասեր խառնելով: Ինչպես գրում է Healthy Life Tricks-ն` հարթ մաշկ ունենալու համար այս քսուքը պետք է օգտագործել շաբաթական երկու անգամ: Ձուն ձգող հատկություն ունի և օգնում է հարթեցնել մաշկը: Աղբյուրն առաջարկում է նաև մի քանի այլ տարբերակ, որ կարելի է կիրառել մաշկը հարթեցնելու համար:
1. Մեղր
Մեղրը կարող եք կիրառել մաշկի այն հատվածում, որը ցանկանում եք հարթեցնել: 2-3 թեյի գդալ մեղրը պետք է խառնել մի քանի կաթիլ ձիթապտղի յուղի և թարմ կիտրոնի հյութի հետ: Խառնուրդը տարածեք դեմքին, թողեք` չորանա, ապա մաքրեք: Լավ արդյունք ստանալու համար կարելի է մի քանի օր իրար հետևից կիրառել այսմեթոդը:
2. Հալվե (ալոե)
Առանձնացրեք հալվեի տերևների հեղուկը և քսեք դեմքին: Դարձյալ 15-20 րոպե թողնելուց հետո լվացեք դեմքը: Սա կարող եք շաբաթական մի քանի անգամ կրկնել:
3. Կիտրոն
Ճզմեք կիտրոնը և քսեք դեմքին: 15 րոպե հետո լվացեք դեմքը: Լավ արդյունք ստանալու համար այս գործողությունը կրկնեք օրական մի քանի անգամ:
4. Վարունգ
Քամեք կես վարունգի հյութը, քսեք դեմքին և թողեք` չորանա, որից հետո կարող եք լվանալ դեմքը: Վարունգով մեկ այլ արդյունավետ խառնուրդ պատրաստելու համար անհրաժեշտ է 2 թեյի գդալ վարունգի հյութը, ձվի սպիտակուցը և 3-5 կաթիլ ձեթ: Այն կարելի է կիրառել դեմքի և պարանոցի համար:
5. Ձիթապտղի յուղով մերսում
Ձիաթպտղի ձեթով կարելի է 10 րոպե մերսել դեմքի մաշկը և պառկել քնելու: Այս մերսման համար կարելի է կիրառել նաև ավոկադոյի, նուշի, կոկոսի յուղ: Դրանցով կարելի է մերսել նաև պարանոցի, ձեռքի և ոտքի մաշկը:
