Վահանաձև գեղձն արտադրում է հորմոններ, որոնք նպաստում են պարբերական նյութափոխանակությանը, կան մի քանի խանգարումներ, որոնք կարող են առաջանալ այդ օրգանի խանգարման հետևանքով:

Վահանաձև գեղձի առավել տարածված խնդիրներն են՝ Գրեյվսի հիվանդությունը, Հաշիմոտոյի հիվանդությունը, վահանաձև գեղձի հանգույցները և խպիպը:

  

Գրեյվսի հիվանդություն

Գերակտիվ վահանաձև գեղձի առավել տարածված պատճառն է: Այս աուտոիմունային խանգարումը գրանցվում է, երբ իմունային համակարգը գրոհում է վահանաձև գեղձը՝ ստիպելով չափից շատ հորմոններ արտադրել: Այս ժառանգական հիվանդությունը կարող է զարգանալ ցանկացած տարիքում, բայց առավել հաճախ հանդիպում է 20-30 տարեկան կանանց շրջանում: Նշաններից մի քանիսն են՝ հոգնածությունը, դյուրագրգռությունը, տեսողության հետ կապված խնդիրները, ոչ պարբերական սրտխփոցը: Այս նշանները հաճախ շփոթում են հոգնածության հետ:

Հաշիմոտոյի հիվանդություն

Հիպոթիրեոզի առավել տարածված պատճառն է: Առավել հաճախ հանդիպում է միջին տարիքի կանանց շրջանում, երբ նրանց վահանաձև գեղձը չափազանց քիչ հորմոններ է արտադրում: Նշաններն են՝ հոգնածություն, ընկճախտ, քաշի ավելացում, ցրտին չդիմանալ:

Վահանաձև գեղձի հանգույցներ

Հանգույցները ձևավորվում են վահանաձև գեղձի վրա կամ դրա մեջ: Հիմնականում փափուկ են և կարող են հեղուկով լցված լինել կամ կոշտ: Այդ հանգույցների ոչ մեծ քանակությունը կարող է չարորակ լինել: Կարող են կապված լինել Հաշիմոտոյի հիվանդության հետ, այդ դեպքում կարող են առաջանալ նույն նշանները, որոնք կարող են ստիպել ենթադրել, որ հարցը նորմալ հոգնածությունն է:

Խպիպ

Ոչ քաղցկեղային հիվանդությունը հաճախ կապված է յոդի պակասի հետ: Պատճառը կարող է հիպոթիրեոզը լինել: Առավել հաճախ հանդիպում է 40 տարեկանից մեծ կանաց շրջանում: Կարող է նույնպես հոգնածության զգացումով ուղեկցվել:

Վահանաձև գեղձի հիվանդությունների ախտորոշման դժվարությունն այն է, որ հաճախ նման խնդիրների դեպքում առաջացող ախտանիշերը կարելի է շփոթել սովորական, առօրյա խնդիրների հետ:

Վահանաձև գեղձի հիվանդությունների բնական բուժում

Գլյուտենի հասանելիությունը կարող է օգտակար լինել ցորենի ընդհանուր անտանելիության պատճառով: Հատիկների բացառությամբ դիետայից հետո կարող եք ախտանիշերի նվազում արձանագրել:Նաև կարևոր է խուսափել BPA-ից, քանի որ այն խախտում է էնդոկրին համակարգը:

Օրգանիզմի թունազերծումը ծանր մետաղներից օգտակար է վահանաձև գեղձի համար: Դրա համար կարելի է սննդակարգին ավելացնել քրքում, տատասկափուշ, համեմ, քլորելա, սելեն, որը պարունակվում է արևածաղկի սերմերում, տավարի մսի, սոխի, սաղմոնի, բրազիլական ընկույզի մեջ:

Ածխաջրերի օգտագործման նվազեցում և դրանց փոխարինում առողջ ճարպերով: Առողջ ճարպեր են պարունակում՝ կոկոսի յուղը, ավոկադոն, կոկոսի կաթը, նուշը, չիասա, կտավատի, կանեփի սերմերը:
