Ըմպելիք՝ պատրաստված ալոէ վերայից և կակտուսից. բաղադրիչներ 1 ճյուղ ալոէ վերա 1 ճյուղ կակտուս 8 բաժակ ջուր՝ 2 լիտր։ Պատրաստման եղանակը։ Նախ հարկավոր է նշված բույսերից անջատել գելը։ Տաքացրեք ջուրը։ Երբ եռա, ավելացրեք գելը և կրակին թողեք 5 րոպե։ Սառեցրեք։ Խորհուրդ է տրվում օրվա ընթացքում 1 բաժակ օգտագործել։ 2. Վարսակի ջուր. բաղադրիչներ 1 բաժակ վարսակի փաթիլներ՝ 105 գրամ 2 լիտր ջուր՝ 8 բաժակ դարչինի 1 փայտիկ՝ ըստ ցանկության։ Պատրաստման եղանակը։ Վարսակի փաթիլները թրջեք ջրով, թողեք 12 ժամ։ Լցրեք բլենդերի մեջ, ավելացրեք դարչինն ու ջուրը, խառնեք։ Կարող եք օրվա ընթացքում 1 բաժակ խմել։ Այս ըմպելիքը ոչ միայն կօգնի վերահսկել արյան մեջ շաքարի մակարդակը, այլև հագեցածության զգացում կհաղորդի. կարագացնի նյութափոխանակությունն ու կօգնի ազատվել ավելորդ կիլոգրամներից։ 3. Երիցուկ և դարչին. բաղադրիչներ 1 բաժակ ջուր՝ 250 մլ 1 ճաշի գդալ երիցուկ՝ 10 գրամ կես ճաշի գդալ մանրացված դարչին։ Պատրաստման եղանակը։ Ջուր դրեք կրակին, եռացրեք, ավելացրեք դարչինն ու երիցուկը։ Եվս երեք րոպե թողեք կրակին, անջատեք կրակը, թողեք թրմվի 10 րոպե։ Խորհուրդ է տրվում 1 բաժակ խմել առավոտյան՝ քաղցած վիճակում։ 4. Քունջութով կաթ. բաղադրիչներ 1 բաժակ քունջութի սերմ՝ 200 գրամ 1 լիտր մաքուր կոկոսի կաթ՝ 4 բաժակ։ Պատրաստման եղանակը։ Քունջութը մի փոքր տապակեք, որպեսզի այն ոսկեգույն տեսք ստանա։ Մանրացրեք սերմերը։ Ավելացրեք կոկոսի կաթը։ Խմեք օրվա ընթացքում մեկ անգամ։ 5. Դարչինով թեյ. բաղադրիչներ դարչինի 2 փայտիկ 1 լիտր ջուր՝ 4 բաժակ։ Պատրաստման եղանակը։ Եռացրեք ջուրը, ավելացրեք դարչինը։ Եվս 5 րոպե թողեք դանդաղ կրակին։ Սառեցրեք, օրվա ընթացքում խմեք 1 բաժակ։ 6. Նեխուրով և սպանախով պատրաստված հյութ. բաղադրիչներ 1 կանաչ խնձոր 1 գազար սպանախ նեխուր 1 վարունգ։ Պատրաստման եղանակը։ Լավ լվացեք խնձորն ու գազարը։ Բլենդերում խառնեք մյուս բոլոր բաղադրիչների հետ։ Օրվա ընթացքում խմեք 1 բաժակ։ 7. Կանաչ թեյ. բաղադրիչներ 1 ճաշի գդալ կանաչ թեյ՝ 10 գրամ 1 բաժակ ջուր՝ 250 մլ։ Պատրաստման եղանակը։ Եռացրեք ջուրը, ավելացրեք թեյը։ Յուրաքանչյուր անգամ սնվելուց հետո խմեք 1 բաժակ։ 8. Էվկալիպտով թեյ. բաղադրիչներ էվկալիպտի 5 տերև 1 լիտր ջուր՝ 4 բաժակ։ Պատրաստման եղանակը։ Տերևների վրա ջուր ավելացրեք, եռացրեք դանդաղ կրակին։ Ցանկալի արդյունքի հասնելու համար խորհուրդ է տրվում օրվա ընթացքում խմել 1 բաժակ։
