Վերջին օրերին տարածաշրջանային ԶԼՄ-ներում կրկին ակտիվ շրջանառվում էր «հյուսիս-հարավ» երկաթուղային միջանցքի հարցը։
Պարսկալեզու, սակայն Ադրբեջանական ազդեցության տակ գտնվող որոշ լրատվականներ անընդհատ շրջանառում էին այն թեզը, որ այդ ճանապարհն անպայման պետք է անցնի ԱՀ տարածքով։
Եվ այսօր, ի պատասխան այդ լուրերի, իրանական պաշտոնական լրատվականներից մեկը «Ղազվին-Ռաշթ․ գիլանցիների երազանքը» վերտառությամբ մի հոդված է հրապարակել, որտեղ ամենայն մանրամասնությամբ ներկայացվում է Ղազվին-Ռաշթ երկաթուղագծի կառուցումը՝ իր ուղղություններով, կայարաններով, դժվարություններով, բարդություններով և իհարկե գնով։
Հոդվածում մասնավորապես նշվում է, որպեսզի Ղազվին-Ռաշթ ուղղությունը միջազգային նշանակություն ձեռք բերի, պետք է կառուցվի ընդհանուր 388 կմ երկարությամբ երկաթուղի՝ այսինքն Ռաշթից շարունակվի մինչև Ասթարա։ Այնինչ ընդամենը 156 կմ-ի կառուցման համար հարկարավոր է 2500 մլրդ թուման՝ (մոտ 700 մլն դոլար), դե պատկերացրեք, թե ամբողջ երկաթուղին կառուցելու համար ինչքան գումար է հարկավոր ու սա այն դեպքում, երբ ԻԻՀ հոգևոր առաջնորդը երկրի տնտեսությունը հայտարարել է «դիմադրող տնտեսություն» և հորդորել գործադիր իշխանությանը լինել ավելի խնայող։
Ղազվին-Ռաշթ երկաթուղին ամենայն հավանականությամբ կկառուցվի, սակայն եթե այս երկաթուղու շինարարությունը երբևէ ավարտվի էլ, ապա Ադրբեջանական Հանրապետությանը չի միանա կամ կմիանա այն դեպքում, երբ այդ երկիրը Իրանի համար լինի կամ դառնա այնպիսին, ինչպիսիք ներկայում Աֆղանստանը, Սիրիան կամ Լիբանանն են
