ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարն ընդունել է KfW բանկի բնապահպանական ծրագրերի պատվիրակությանը

ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարությունում տեղի է ունեցել հանդիպում Հայաստանում իր առաքելությունն ավարտող KfW  գերմանական բանկի  բնապահպանական ծրագրերի նախկին ղեկավար Անդրեաս Վայցելին և ծրագրի ղեկավարումն ստանձնած Ալվարո Բեռիելիին: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Հանդիպման մեկնարկին նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը և  Անդրեաս Վայցելը ստորագրել են«Շիկահող» պետական արգելոցի հարակից 4 համայնքների էներգետիկ անվտանգության ապահովման ծրագիրը»: Այն իրականացվելու էKfW բանկի կողմից տրամադրված 8.25 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար դրամաշնորհային միջոցներով իրականացվող Հայաստանի կենսաբազմազանության պահպանության և պահպանվող տարածքների աջակցության ծրագրերի շրջանակներում:

Նախարար Ա. Մինասյանը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բնապահպանության բնագավառում նշանակալի աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու համար Վերականգնման վարկերի բանկի Արևելյան Եվրոպայի, Կովկասի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի տարածաշրջանի Էներգիայի և բնական ռեսուրսների ծրագրերի ավագ կառավարիչ Անդրեաս Վայցելին շնորհել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բնապահպանության նախարարության «Բնապահպանության բնագավառում նշանակալի ավանդի համար» գերատեսչական ոսկե մեդալ: 

ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարը, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով  Անդրեաս Վայցելին Հայաստանում ծավալած արդյունավետ գործունեության համար, նշել է, որ նա իր անձնական ներդրման շնորհիվ ծրագրերի մեկնարկի այնպիսի հիմքեր է ձևավորել, որոնք միանշանակ ապահովելու են դրական արդյունքներ: Արծվիկ Մինասյանը նաև ողջունել է ծրագրի ղեկավարումն ստանձնած Ալվարո Բեռիելիին` վստահություն հայտնելով, որ համատեղ աշխատանքները ոչ միայն արդյունավետ, այլև օրինակելի կլինեն շատերի համար:

Անդրեաս Վայցելը` շնորհակալություն հայտնելով պարգևի և ջերմ խոսքերի համար, նշել է, որ դժվարությամբ է լքում Հայաստանն այն ժամանակահատվածում, երբ պահպանվող տարածքների ոլորտում մեկնարկել է արդյունավետ համագործակցության կարևոր փուլ և հաջողություն մաղթել ծրագրի նորանշանակ ղեկավար Ալվարո Բեռիելիին: 

Կողմերը քննարկել են Հայաստանի կենսաբազմազանության պահպանության և պահպանվող տարածքների աջակցության ծրագրի կառուցվածքին և բովանդակությանը վերաբերող հարցեր: Բնապահպանության նախարարը կարևորել է ծրագրի լիարժեք իրականացումը, քանի որ այն լինելով շարունակական, ՀՀ կառավարության առաջնահերթ ծրագրերից է: Արծվիկ Մինասյանը հատկապես առանձնացրել է ծրագրի սոցիալական բաղադրիչը, հավաստիացնելով, որ բնության հատուկ պահպանվող տարածքների հարակից համայնքների զարգացումն ուղղակի իր դրական ազդեցությունը կունենա պահպանվող տարածքների պահպանման ռեժիմի բարելավման և զարգացման վրա: 

Քննարկման արդյունքում կողմերը պայմանավորվածություններ են ձեռք բերել հետագա համատեղ քայլերի և դրանց իրականացման ուղիների վերաբերյալ:
