Դդմիկ` կիրառումն ու օգտակար հատկությունները

Տարբեր նպատակներով, այդ թվում և բուժական, օգտագործվում է դդմիկի պտղամիսը: Դրա բաղադրությունը բավականաչափ ուսումնասիրված է: Դդմիկը շատ ջուր է պարունակում, պեկտիններ, ասկորբինաթթու ու մեծ քանակությամբ միկրոտարրեր` կալիում, ֆոսֆոր, պղինձ ևն:

Պտուղներում մեծ քանակությամբ սննդային մանրաթելեր կան, որոնք բարերար են ազդում աղիքների ֆունկցիայի վրա, չեն գրգռում ստամոքս-աղիքային տրակտը: Դրանք ունակ են աղիքներից ներծծել թունանյութերն ու դուրս բերել օրգանիզմից.նման կերպ են ազդում  հեղուկի ավելցուկի ու խոլեստերինի դեպքում:  Միզամուղ ու  նաև լեղամուղ հատկություն ունի: Բարերար է ազդում արյունաստեղծման պրոցեսի վրա, ինչի շնորհիվ այդ բանջարեղենը կարելի է  սակավարյունության պարագայում օգտագործել: Դդմիկը դրական ազդեցություն է ունենում սրտի աշխատանքի վրա: Ալերգիա չի առաջացնում: Եվ չնայած ցածրկալորիական բանջարեղեն է, այնուհանդերձ,  արագ հագեցնող է:

Ասվեց, որ դրական ազդեցություն է ունենում մարսողական տրակտի վրա. ահա այն խնդիրների ցանկը, որոնց դեպքում դդմիկով ուտեստները ցուցված են.փորկապություն, գաստրիտ` բարձր թթվայնությամբ, ստամոքսի ու տասներկումատնյա աղիքի խոցային հիվանդություններ:

Հանքային բաղադրիչների շնորհիվ դդմիկը հիմնային ազդեցություն է ունենում: Իսկ ցածր կալորիականության շնորհիվ այն գերազանց  բուժական սննդի տարր է դառնում շաքարային դիաբետի, ինչպես նաև գիրության խնդիրներ ունեցողների համար:

Տարեցների մոտ այս բանջարեղենը խթանում է մարսողական պրոցեսները, ներզատիչ գեղձերի ֆունկցիան: Փափկամիսն ու հյութն ազատում են երիկամային այտուցներից.ընդ որում, վերացնում են թե ակնառու և թե թաքնված այտուցները:

Դդմիկի , ինչպես և դդումի կորիզները կիրառվում են որպես ճիճվամուղ: Սերմերից եփուկ պատրաստելու համար պետք է 50 գ մաքրված սերմ վերցնել ու դրա վրա մեկ բաժակ եռացրած ջուր լցնել, ապա դնել կրակին ու 15 րոպե եռացնել: Դրանից հետո ջրաբաղնիսի վրա թրմել ևս 2 ժամ, քամել ու խմել կես բաժակ, քաղցած ժամանակ, ուտելուց առաջ, օրական 2-3 անգամ:

Շաքարային դիաբետի դեպքում պտղամսի հյութն օգնում է սրտխառնուքի ու փսխման դեպքում: Պտղամիսը պետք է քերել, ապա քամել ու թարմ հյութն ընդունել կես բաժակ, օրական 2 անգամ:
