ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության գնահատման և թեստավորման համակարգում կատարվել են կարևոր փոփոխություններ, որոնց արդյունքում կրկնուսույցների օգնությանը դիմելու անհրաժեշտությունը կարող է նվազել: Ազգային ժողովի գիտության, կրթության, մշակույթի, երիտասարդության և սպորտի հարցերի ու ֆինանսավարկային և բյուջետային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովների համատեղ նիստում ՀՀ 2016 թ. պետական բյուջեի կատարման հաշվետվության քննարկման ժամանակ այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ կրթության և գիտությաննախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը՝ պատասխանելով «Ելք» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Մանե Թանդիլյանի հարցին, թե ի՞նչ քայլեր են ձեռնարկվում դպրոցներում կրկնուսույցներին դիմելու անհրաժեշտությունը նվազեցնելու համար: Դեկտեմբերից երեխան երեք առարկա է ընտրում ու դրանց համար գնում դպրոց: Արդյունքում նաև հաճախելիությունն է լավացել»,- ընդգծեց նախարարը:
Լևոն Մկրտչյանը հավաստիացրեց, որ այսպիսի կրթությունն ավելի արդյունավետ է, և եթե երեխան երեք առարկա ընտրի ու կենտրոնանա դրանց վրա, ապա կրկնուսույցների օգնությանը դիմելու անհրաժեշտությունն էլ կնվազի:
Նախարարը նաև հավելեց, որ եվրոպական երկրներում էլ կրկնուսույցներ կան, ովքեր աշխատում են լիցենզիայով:
