Ֆրանսիական Ալֆորվիլն ու Արցախի Բերձորը բարեկամության հռչակագիր են ստորագրել

Ֆրանսիայի Ալֆորվիլ քաղաքի (Վալ դե Մարնի շրջան) քաղաքային խորհուրդը հունիսի 30-ին որոշում կայացրեց Բարեկամության Հռչակագիր ստորագրել Բերձոր (Արցախի Հանրապետություն) քաղաքի հետ:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Բարեկամության այս Հռչակագիրը թվով 9-րդ է լինելու արցախյան եւ ֆրանսիական համայնքների միջեւ կնքված համագործակցության մասին համաձայնագրերի շարքում: Ֆրանսիա-Արցախ բարեկամության շրջանակի փոխնախագահ Ռենե Ռուքեն, որը նաեւ երկար տարիներ զբաղեցրել է Ալֆորվիլի քաղաքապետի պաշտոնը, իր շնորհավորական ուղերձն է հղել Ալֆորվիլի ներկայիս քաղաքապետ Լյուկ Կարվունասին, ինչպես նաեւ Բերձորի քաղաքապետին:

«Ինձ համար մեծապես ուրախալի է Հռչակագրի ստորագրման որոշման մասին լուրը, որը խորհրդանշում է հարգանքի եւ բարեկամության վրա հիմնված ավելի քան 2 տանսամյա մեր հարաբերությունները», - նշել է Ռենե Ռուքեն՝ ավելացնելով. «Բարեկամության շրջանակի հատուկ խանդավառության մասին, որը Ֆրանսիայի եւ Արցախի քաղաքների միջեւ այս ձեւաչափով համագործակցության հեղինակն է»:

Ալֆորվիլի քաղաքապետ, նույնպես Ֆրանսա-Արցախ Բարկամության շրջանակի անդամ Լյուկ Կարվունասը, անդրադառնալով Հռչակագրի կողմից հետապնդվող նպատակներին, նշել է, «փաստաթուղթը թույլ է տալու համատեղ ուժերով զարգացնել Արցախի շրջանները՝ հնարավորություն տալով տեղի բնակիչներին իրենց հողի վրա կերտել սեփական ապագան» :

Ֆրանսիայի ԱԺ նոտընտիր պատգամավոր-քաղաքապետը ընդգծել է, որ «Հռչակագիրը նաեւ հնարավորություն է տալու ավելի խոշոր մասշտաբների հասցնել արդեն իսկ գոյություն ունեցող համատեղ ծրագերը»՝ եզրափակելով, որ «տնտեսական զարցագումն ու աշխատատեղերի ստեղծումը պատերազմի եւ բնակչության տեղաշարժերի դեմ լավագույն երաշխիքներն են» եւ որ «Եվրոպական միությունը, որը ներկայումս կանգնած է միգրացիոն խնդիրների առջեւ, պետք է իր օժանդակությունը բերի Արցախում զարգացման նման ծրագրերի իրագործմանը»:

Ֆրանսիա-Արցախ Բարեկամության շրջանակը հիշեցնում է, որ Հռչակագրերի ստորագրման միջոցով տարվող իր գործունէությունը նպատակ է հետապնդում Հարավային Կովկասում վերահաստատել խաղաղություն՝ ապահովելով բարգավաճություն: Բերձոր քաղաքը (նախկինում Լաչին) գտնվում է Արցախից Հայաստան անցակետում, ինչն էլ զարգացման բազում ծրագրեր կյանքի կոչելու հնարավորություն է ընձեռում:
