Դինքի ընկերները կրկին արդարության պահանջով հավաքվել են դատարանի դիմաց

Ստամբուլի ծանր հանցագործությունները քննող 14-րդ դատարանում հուլիսի 3-ին տեղի կունենա պոլսահայ լրագրող Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործով հերթական դատական նիստը: Այսօրվա նիստում առաջին անգամ դատարանի առաջ դուրս կգան ժանդարմերիայի ներկայացուցիչները: Այս մասին հայտնում է «Ակոս» պարբերականը:
Այս անգամ ևս դատական նիստից առաջ դատարանի դիմաց հավաքվել են Դինքի ընկերները՝ վերահաստատելու արդարության իրենց պահանջը: Խմբի անունից ելույթ է ունեցել Բյուլենթ Այդընը: «Այս դատական գործը սկսվեց 2007 թվականի հուլիսի 2-ին, այսինքն՝ սրանից տասը տարի առաջ: Սակայն մինչ օրս այս հանցագործության իրական պատասխանատուները դեռևս դատարանի առաջ չեն կանգնել, չեն դատապարտվել: Դատական գործն ինչ-որ առումով նորից է սկսվում: Արդարության պահանջը շարունակվում է: Մի ժամանակաշրջանում ենք, երբ ողջ Թուրքիայում բարձրանում է արդարության պահանջը»,- ասել է նա:
Այդընն ընդգծել է, որ շարունակելու են հետևել դատավարության ընթացքին, քանի դեռ հանցագործության բոլոր մասնակիցները չեն կանգնել արդարադատության առաջ: Հրանտի ընկերները պահել են «Հրանտի համար, արդարության համար» գրությամբ պաստառ:
Դինքի ընկերների շարքում՝ դատարանի դիմաց է եղել նաև Թուրքիայի մեջլիսի հայ պատգամավոր Գարո Փայլանը:
Ստամբուլի «Ակոս» թերթի հայազգի խմբագրապետ Հրանտ Դինքը սպանվել է 2007 թվականի հունվարի 19-ին` խմբագրության առջև նրա վրա կատարված զինված հարձակման հետևանքով:
2012 թվականի հունվարի 17-ին դատարանի որոշմամբ` Դինքի սպանության կազմակերպիչ Յասին Հայալը ցմահ բանտարկության դատապարտվեց, իսկ սպանությունն իրականացրած Օգյուն Սամասթը` 22 տարվա ազատազրկման:
2014 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Ստամբուլի ծանր հանցագործությունների գործերով 5-րդ դատարանը որոշում է կայացրել Դինքի սպանության գործով դատավարությունը սկսել զրոյից: Այս անգամ բոլոր ամբաստանյալներին առաջադրվել է «հանցավոր խմբավորման ստեղծման և կառավարման կամ դրանում մասնակցություն ունենալու» մեղադրանք:
