Քիչ առաջ Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչության քննիչները՝ վարչության պետ Մարատ Դուրյանի գլխավորությամբ, ոստիկանության Արագածոտնի մարզային վարչության օպերատիվ խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Գրիգոր Գրիգորյանի գլխավորությամբ, ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Արմեն Մելոյանի գլխավորությամբ, ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչության 3-րդ վարչության աշխատակիցները՝ վարչության պետի տեղակալ Արթուր Վարդանյանի գլխավորությամբ, դատական բժշկի, փորձաքրեագետի հետ Աշտարակ քաղաքի Վանա Լճի փողոցին կից հանդամասում՝ գետնափորում, դուրս բերեցին հողի մեջ թաղված 4 ամսական երեխայի դի:
Ինչպես նշված վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ոստիկանության ՔՀԲ 3-րդ վարչության աշխատակիցները՝ վարչության պետ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Նելլի Դուրյանի գլխավորությամբ ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնի և Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչության հետ համատեղ օպերատիվ տվյալներ էին ստացել այն մասին, որ Աշտարակ քաղաքի Վանա Լճի փողոցին կից հանդամասում՝ գետնափորում, ոմն Հակոբի և նրա կնոջ հետ միասին բնակվող ոմն Անժելան 2008 թվականի դեկտեմբեր ամսին ծծնդաբերել են իգական սեռի երեխա, որին չպարզված հանգամանքներում սպանել է ոմն Հակոբի կին Արմինեն և թաղել են երեխային նշված գետնափորի հարևանությամբ:
Փաստի առթիվ Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչության հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Կարեն Կարապետյանի որոշմամբ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր.օր.-ի 104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով: Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ ոմն Հակոբը հանդիսանում է Աշտարակ քաղաքի Միկոյան 57 հացեում հաշվառված 42-ամյա Հակոբ Հարությունյանը, Արմինեն հանդիսանում է նրա կինը՝ հաշվառված Աշտարակ քաղաքի Տիգրան Մեծի 25/բ շենքի բնակիչ, 38-ամյա Արմինե Խաչատրյանը, իսկ Անժելան հանդիսանում է Աշտարակ քաղաքի Տիգրան Մեծի 25/բ շենքի բնակիչ, 35-ամյա Անժելա Կարապետյանը:
Ըստ տեղեկությունների՝ երեխայի մայրն ու հայրը Երևան գնալիս են եղել, և երեխայի խնամքը թողել են Անժելային և Հակոբի մորը, սակայն երբ երեխան սկսել է լաց լինել, Անժելան քարով հարվածել է երեխային՝ պատճառելով մահ, որից հետո բրդյա շորերով փաթաթել է և թաղել են երեխային: Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
