Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունը Հայաստանը դիտարկում է որպես միակ տարանցիկ երկիրը, որը հարմար է իրանական արտադրանքը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության երկրներ արտահանելու համար: Երևանում ընթացող հայ-իրանական գործարար համաժողովի ժամանակ նման դիրքորոշում հայտնեց ԻԻՀ առաջին փոխնախագահ Էսհաղ Ջահանգիրին՝ ընդգծելով, որ ՀՀ անդամակցությունը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը հնարավորություններ կընձեռի իրանցիներին ինչպես իրենց արտադրանքներն իրացնել ՀՀ-ում, այնպես էլ Հայաստանի միջոցով արտահանել ԵԱՏՄ երկրների շուկաներ:
«Հայաստանյան գործարարները լավագույնս ծանոթ են ռուսական շուկաներին և կարող են օգտակար լինել Իրանին՝ արտահանման հարցում: Հայաստանը նաև կարևոր դերակատարում ունի տարանցիկ գոտի լինելու առումով: Ունենք հյուսիս-հարավ միջանցքը, պետք է լուծենք նաև երկաթգծի կառուցման հարցը: Իրանը պատրաստակամ է ավարտին հասցնել այդ երկու ծրագրերը: Պետք է ամեն ինչ անենք, որ բոլոր խոչընդոտները վերացնենք»,- հայտարարեց Էսհաղ Ջահանգիրին՝ կարևորելով այդ ուղղությամբ փոխըմբռնման հուշագրերի ստորագրման անհրաժեշտությունը:
ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն իր հերթին իրանցի գործարարներին հայտնեց, որ
Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը վարում է բազմավեկտոր արտաքին տնտեսական քաղաքականություն և ունի առևտրի արտոնյալ ռեժիմներ բազմաթիվ երկրների հետ: «Հայաստանն անդամակցում է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը, ինչը նշանակում է, որ մեր երկրում արտադրված ապրանքները զրոյական մաքսատուրքերով, առանց մաքսային ձևակերպումների և վարչարարական խոչընդոտների կարող են ազատ մուտք գործել ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների մոտ 170 միլիոնանոց սպառողական շուկա: Հայաստանն ազատ առևտրի համաձայնագրեր ունի շուրջ 250 մլն ընդհանուր բնակչությամբ ԱՊՀ անդամ երկրների մեծամասնության հետ: Միաժամանակ օգտվում է ԱՄՆ-ի, Կանադայի, Շվեյցարիայի, Ճապոնիայի և Նորվեգիայի արտոնությունների ընդհանրացված համակարգ արտոնյալ ռեժիմից, ինչը նշանակում է ՀՀ-ում արտադրված ապրանքների համար զեղջված կամ զրոյական մաքսատուրքերով մուտք այդ երկրների շուկա: 6400 տեսակի հայկական ապրանքատեսակներ կարող են մուտք գործել ԵՄ 28 երկրներ՝ ներմուծման մաքսատուրքի զրոյական դրույքաչափով: Հայաստանում գործունեություն ծավալելով վերոնշյալ արտոնյալ ռեժիմներից կարող են օգտվել նաև իրÕ �նցի գործընկերները»,- շեշտեց վարչապետը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ իրանցի գործարարների համար համագործակցության հարթակ կարող են դառնալ նաև Հայաստանում գործող երկու ազատ տնտեսական գոտիները. «Այս գոտիների շահագործողներն ազատված են շահութահարկի, ավելացված արժեքի հարկի (ԱԱՀ), գույքահարկի և մաքսատուրքի վճարման պարտավորություններից»:
Ինչ վերաբերում է Իրանում ստեղծված ազատ առևտրի գոտիներին, ԻԻՀ փոխնախագահն իր հերթին նկատեց, որ դրանք հայերի կողմից լիարժեքորեն չեն օգտագործվում: «Արազ» ազատ տնտեսական գոտին բավականին մեծ նշանակություն ունի առևտրականների ու ներդրողների համար: Հայաստանի գործարարները կարող են մասնակցել ու ներդրումներ անել»,- ընդգծեց նա:
