1. Հիշեք, թե ինչն է ձեզ ստիպել սիրահարվել միմյանց: Երկարատեւ հարաբերություններում դյուրին է մոռանալ, թե ինչն է գրավել ձեզ: Ինչի՞ն էիք ուշադրություն դարձնում: Որտե՞ղ եք առաջին անգամ հանդիպել: Որտե՞ղ եք առաջին անգամ համբուրվել: Ի՞նչն է ստիպել մտածել, որ ուզում եք այդ մարդու հետ լինել: Գրառեք այդ ամենը: Դա նաեւ կբարձրացնի տրամադրությունն ու կստիպի ձգտել բարելավել հարաբերությունները:
2. Նորից սկսեք լսել միմյանց: Լսելու ունակությունն իսկական պարգեւ ու նվեր է ձեր զուգընկերոջ համար: Լսեք՝ չփորձելով լուծել նրա խնդիրը: Պարզապես լսեք: Այդպիսով ցույց կտաք, որ փորձում եք հասկանալ նրան: Գիտե՞ք միմյանց ամենամութ գաղտնիքները: Եթե ոչ, ուրեմն իմանալու ժամանակն է: Լսեք ու մի քննադատեք, երբ նա ուզում է ինչ-որ բանով կիսվել ձեզ հետ:

Շրջվեք դեպի ձեր զուգընկերը: Իզուր չէ, որ հոգեբանները տասնամյակներով ուսումնասիրում են մարդկանց հարաբերությունների եւ պահվածքի առանձնահատկությունները: Ապացուցված է, որ մանրուքները մեծ նշանակություն ունեն: Ձեր զուգընկերը կարող է ժպտալ, ձեր աչքերին նայել, գլխով անել: Եվ կարեւոր է, որպեսզի այդ պահին դուք նրան նայեք:
4. Մի շեղվեք ձեր հարաբերություններից: Այո՛, երեխաներ ունեք, աշխատանք, տուն, այնպես որ՝ հեշտ է հարաբերությունները հետին պլան մղել: Իսկ հիշո՞ւմ եք, թե ինչպես էր նախկինում, երբ հարաբերություններն առաջին տեղում էին: Փորձեք միասին ժամանակ անցկացնել՝ առանց հեռախոսների ու այլ գաջեթների:
5. Զվարճացեք: Ե՞րբ եք վերջին անգամ միասին ծիծաղել: Արտասվելու աստիճան: Մեծանալով՝ մենք մոռանում ենք այդ մասին: Համատեղ ծիծաղելն ու զվարճանալը կարեւոր են հարաբերությունների համար: Դրանք թուլացնում են լարվածությունը:
