ՀՀ Արմավիրի մարզի և Ռումինիայի Կլուժ նահանգի միջև եղբայրացման համաձայնագիր է ստորագրվել

Հունիսի 30-ին Ռումինիայի Կլուժի նահանգապետարանում ՀՀ Արմավիրի մարզի և Կլուժի նահանգի միջև ստորագրվել է համագործակցության համաձայնագիր: Արմավիրի մարզի պատվիրակությունը, որին ուղեկցել է Ռումինիայում ՀՀ դեսպան Համլետ Գասպարյանը, գլխավորել է մարզպետ Աշոտ Ղահրամանյանը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից, ստորագրման արարողությանը ներկա են եղել նահանգային խորհրդի փոխնախագահներ Իշտվան Վակարը և Մարիուս Մընզատը, խորհրդի անդամներ և ծառայությունների ղեկավարներ, Ռումինիայի Հայոց միության (ՌՀՄ) նախագահ Վարուժան Ոսկանյանը, Կլուժի համալսարանի Հայագիտության ինստիտուտի տնօրեն դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Լուչիան Նաստասե-Կովաչը, մշակութային և կրթական հաստատությունների ղեկավարներ, ՌՀՄ Կլուժի մասնաճյուղի նախագահ Կարեն Շեբեշին և տեղի հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներ ու լրագրողներ: 

Համաձայնագիրը նախատեսում է փոխշահավետ համագործակցություն ծավալել մշակույթի, տնտեսության, կրթության, սոցիալական, սպորտի և տուրիզմի ոլորտներում, ինչպես նաև գտնել համագործակցության եզրեր երկու տարածքային միավորների հանրային հաստատությունների, ոչ կառավարական կազմակերպությունների ու ձեռնարկատիրական միությունների միջև: 

Կլուժի նահանգային խորհրդի փոխնախագահ Իշտվան Վակարը, ով նաև Նահանգային խորհրդի կողմից այս հանդիպման համակարգողն էր և Արմավիրի մարզի հետ եղբայրացման նախաձեռնողը, ողջունել է Արմավիրի և Կլուժի միջև հարաբերությունների և համագործակցության զարգացմանն ուղղված համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը: Նա հիշատակել է այդ տարածաշրջանում հայկական համայնքի երկարատև գոյությունը, նրա երկար պատմությունը Արմենոպոլիս-Գեռլայում, ինչպես նաև հայերի նպաստը ռումինական հոգևոր և մշակութային ժառանգության հարստացմանը:

Հանդիպման շրջանակներում երկու կողմի ներկայացուցիչները ներկայացրել են իրենց շրջանների տնտեսական և ներդրումային ուրվագիծը, յուրաքանչյուր շրջանի առանձնահատկություններն ու առավելությունները, այն ընդհանրությունները, որոնք կարող են հիմք հանդիսանալ երկկողմ համագործակցության զարգացման համար:

Արմավիրի մարզպետ Աշոտ Ղահրամանյանը հավաստիացրել է, որ կնքված համաձայնագիրը դրական ազդեցություն կունենա երկկողմ հարաբերությունների զարգացման տեսանկյունից և կդյուրացնի նաև գործարար ծրագրերի իրագործումը և փորձի փոխանակումը: 

Շնորհավորելով համաձայնագրի ստորագրման կապակցությամբ՝ դեսպան Գասպարյանն ընդգծել է, որ Հայաստանի կառավարությունը կարևորում և խրախուսում է Ռումինիայի հետ ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցության զարգացումը, ինչի մասին է վկայում 2012թ.-ից ի վեր տասնյակ քաղաքների և մարզերի միջև հաստատված համագործակցությունը: 

Ողջույնի խոսքերով հանդես են եկել նաև փոխնահանգապետ Մարիուս Մընզատը և ՌՀՄ նախագահ Վարուժան Ոսկանյանը:

Ստորագրման արարողությունից հետո տեղի ունեցած աշխատանքային քննարկումների ընթացքում կողմերը պայմանավորվել են առաջիկայում ներկայացնել համագործակցության ոլորտների մասին առաջարկություններ: 

Հուլիսի 1-ին հայկական պատվիրակությունն այցելել է Գեռլա` պատմական Արմենոպոլիս, որտեղ ՌՀՄ Տրանսիլվանիայի մասնաճյուղի նախագահ Իոն Էստեգարի ուղեկցությամբ հանդիպեց քաղաքապետ Իոն Նեսելյանի և քաղաքային խորհրդի անդամների հետ, ինչպես նաև ներկա  են եղել քաղաքի հայ կաթոլիկ Սբ. Երրորդության եկեղեցում Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորչի տոնի առիթով մատուցված տոնական պատարագին և հանրային հանդիսությանը:
