Ինչն է մազերի արագ կեղտոտվելու պատճառը

Ճարպագեղձերը

Մազերի ոչ թարմ և կեղտոտ տեսքին նպաստում է գլխամաշկի ճարպագեղձի անջատումը:

Ճարպագեղձի ավելորդ արտադրությունը շատ գործոններից է կախված՝

  • Տարիքը (Երիտասարդների դեպքում շատ է),
  • Սեռը (տղամարդկանց մաշկն ավելի հակված է յուղոտության),
  • Տարվա եղանակը (շոգին յուղոտությունն ավելանում է),
  • Հորմոնալ ֆոնը և հիվանդությունների առկայությունը (հակաբիոտիկների, որոշ դեղերի օգտագործումը բացասաբար է ազդում մազերի վիճակի վրա),
  • Սնունդը (յուղոտ սննդի չափից շատ օգտագործումը, ալկոհոլը կարող են հանգեցնել մազերի բարձր յուղոտության),
  • Ժառանգական նախատրամադրվածությունը մաշկի յուղոտության հարցում:

Ինչ է պետք անել մազերի թարմությունը երկարաձգելու համար, և որքան հաճախ է կարելի և պետք լվալ մազերը:

1. Ճիշտ շամպուն և գլուխը լվալու հաճախականություն ընտրեք: Տղամարդկանց համար օպտիմալ է ամեն օր կամ երկու օրը մեկ լվալը, կանանց դեպքում՝ 2-3 օրը մեկ, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում՝ ամեն օր:

2. Եթե մազերը հաճախ եք լվանում, պակաս ագրեսիվ շամպուն նախընտրեք: Ամեն օր մի օգտագործեք յուղոտ մազերի դեմ շամպուն, դա կարող է չորացնել գլխամաշկը, գրգռվածություն առաջացնել:

3. Եթե չեք կարող գլուխը հաճախ լվալ, բայց մազերը յուղոտ են, ընտրեք շամպուն, որը կնվազեցնի մաշկային յուղի արտազատումը (սովորաբար ունենում են «սեբոկարգավորող» նշում):

4. Եթե լվալուց առաջ գլուխը բավական յուղոտ է, ավելի շատ շամպուն օգտագործեք և/կամ գլուխը 2 անգամ շամպուն արեք, փրփուրը մազերին թողեք 1-2 րոպե: Չոր մազերի դեպքում բավարար է մեկ անգամ շամպուն անելը և արագ լվալը:

5. Եթե չոր մազեր ունեք, որոնք երկար ժամանակ չեն յուղոտվում, խորհուրդ ենք տալիս գլուխը լվալ շաբաթական 1-2 անգամ արտաքին կեղտերը մաքրելու համար: Այդ դեպքում նուրբ շամպուն օգտագործեք:
