Ոստիկանությունն առաջարկում է Իսահակյան և Մոսկովյան փողոցի մի հատվածում երթևեկությունը դարձնել միակողմանի

ՀՀ ոստիկանության Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ծառայողների և Հայաստանի ազգային պոլիտեխնիկական համալսարանի համատեղ աշխատանքային խմբերը ուսումնասիրություններ են սկսել Երևան քաղաքի փողոցներում տրանսպորտային միջոցների հոսքերի կառավարման, խաչմերուկներում տրանսպորտային միջոցների ելակետային տվյաների ճշտման ուղղություններով: Այս մասին նշված է ՀÕ € ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի եւ լրատվության վարչության տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ, որում, մասնավորապես, ասված է.
«Հարգելի քաղաքացինե՛ր, ՀՀ Նախագահի մոտ 2015 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 11-ին կայացած խորհրդակցության ընթացքում տրված հանձանարարականի կատարման նպատակով ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետի հրամանով ստեղծվել է միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողով՝ ճանապարհային երթևեկության ոլորտում առկա խնդիրները մշտադիտարկելու, բարեփոխումների ընթացքը համակարգելու և հեռանկարային ծրագրեր առաջարկելու համար:
Հանձնաժողովը որդեգրել է թափանցիկ ու հրապարակային գործելակերպ և ակնկալում է բոլոր շահագրգիռ կազմակերպությունների, կառույցների, քաղաքացիների աջակցությունը, որոնք կարող են ներկայացնել ճանապարհային երթևեկության բարելավմանն ուղղված առաջարկներ ու ծրագրեր:
Համոզված ենք, որ հանրության լայն ընդգրկումը մեր երկրի համար կարևոր այս խնդրի լուծման գործում, կարագացնի բարեփոխումների գործընթացը և կնպաստի արդյունավետ լուծումների ու որոշումների կայացմանը: Միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողովը պատրաստ է քննարկել և սպասում է ձեր առաջարկներին, որոնք կարող եք ուղարկել [email protected] էլեկտրոնային փոստի հասցեով: Միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողովի սեպտեմբերի 25-ի խորհրդակցությունից հետո ճանապարհային երթևեկության կազմակերպման ոլորտի բարելավման նպատակով արդեն իսկ ներկայացվել են բազմաթիվ առաջարկներ:
Մասնավորապես, ՀՀ ոստիկանության Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ծառայողների և Հայաստանի ազգային պոլիտեխնիկական համալսարանի համատեղ աշխատանքային խմբերը ուսումնասիրություններ են սկսել Երևան քաղաքի փողոցներում տրանսպորտային միջոցների հոսքերի կառավարման, խաչմերուկներում տրանսպորտային միջոցների ելակետային տվյաների ճշտման ուղղություններով (ի դեպ, վերջին անգամ գիտականորեն նման հաշվարկներ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում կատարվել են 21 տարի առաջ):
Ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Իսահակյան և Մոսկովյան փողոցներում, հատկապես երթևեկության «պիկ» ժամերին, հաճախակի են տեղի ունենում տրանսպորտային միջոցների խցանումներ, երթևեկությունը դանդաղում է:
Խցանումներից խուսափելու համար հանձնաժողովի քննարկմանն են ներկայացվել նշված փողոցներում երթևեկության կազմակերպման փոփոխություններ կատարել վերաբերյալ նախագծեր: Մասնավորապես, առաջարկվում է ամբողջ Իսահակյան փողոցում (Նալբանդյան փողոցից մինչև Բաղրամյան պողոտա) և Մոսկովյան փողոցի Նալբանդյան փողոց-Մաշտոցի պողոտա հատվածում երթևեկությունը դարձնել միակողմանի՝ Իսահակյան փողոցում՝ Նալբանդյան փողոցից դեպի Բաղրամյան փողոցի ուղղությամբ, իսկ Մոսկովյան փողոցում՝ Մաշտոցի պողոտայից դեպի Նալբանդյան փողոցի ուղղությամբ»:
