Ադրբեջանի կողմից ահաբեկչությունը սնուցելու փաստը սպառնալիք է համաշխարհային հանրության համար

Պարզվում է, որ Ադրբեջանը տարիներ շարունակ ոչ միայն ահաբեկչություն է սնուցել, այլև պետական մակարդակով զբաղվում է աշխարհի ամենակեղտոտ գործերից մեկով` զենքի ապօրինի վաճառքով, այն էլ` ահաբեկչական կազմակերպություններին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀԿխորհրդի անդամ Միհրան Հակոբյանը: Նրա խոսքով` այն կազմակերպությունների ցանկը, որը նշված է բուլղարական պարբերականներից մեկի հրապարակած հոդվածում` խոսում է այն մասին, որ Բաքվի ռեժիմը, փաստացի աշխարհին դեմ գնալով, սնուցում է ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունները:
«Չենք զարմանա նաև, եթե պարզվի, որ ադրբեջանական ավիաընկերությունները` օգտվելով Ադրբեջանի պետական դիվանագիտական «անձրևանոցից», նաև թմրանյութեր են տարածում աշխարհով մեկ: Զենքը և թմրանյութերը աշխարհի ամենալուրջ չարիքներից են, իսկ ահաբեկչական կազմակերպություններին զենքի մատակարարումը, օժանդակումը, այն էլ` դիվանագիտական «անձրևանոցի» ներքո, փաստացի խոսում է այդ երկրի հանցավորության, պետության ղեկավարության փողամոլության և հանցագործ մոտեցումների մասին: Բոլորի համար պարզ է, որ Ալիևն Ադրբեջանում ստեղծում է ոչ թե ավտորիտար, այլ բացահայտ տոտալիտար պետություն, և դրա համատեքստում այսպիսի կեղտոտ գործերի իրականացնումը վկայում է այն մասին, որ այս պետությունը մարտահրավեր է ոչ միայն տարածաշրջանի պետություններին, ինչպես օրինակ` Հայաստանին»,- ասաց Հակոբյանը` հավելելով, որ այդ փաստերը վկայում են, որ Ադրբեջանը սպառնալիք է համաշխարհային հանրության համար:
Նրա կարծիքով` այս խնդիրը պետք է քննարկվի ամենաբարձր մակարդակով, անգամ պետք է ՄԱԿ ԱԽ նիստի թեմա դառնա, քանի որ, եթե մի պետություն, օգտագործելով իր դիվանագիտական խողովակները, զենք է մատակարարում ահաբեկչական կազմակերպություններին, ինչպես նաև արգելված զինատեսակներ է ձեռք բերում և օգտագործում մեկ այլ պետության դեմ, ապա դա աշխարհակարգի դեմ ուղղված միջազգային հնչեղության քայլ է: Հակոբյանի դիտարկմամբ` հարկավոր է հետամուտ լինել, որպեսզի բոլոր միջազգային ատյաններում այդ հարցը քննարկվի և Ադրբեջանի առնչությամբ համապատասխան հետևություններ արվեն:
«Եթե նույնիսկ ոչ մի բան չսպառնա այդ երկրին, ապա այս փաստաթղթերի ջրի երես դուրս գալը ուղիղ հարված է Ադրբեջանի պետության միջազգային վարկանիշին, քանի որ դրա պահվածքը սպառնալիք է համաշխարհային աշխարհակարգի համար»,- հավելեց Միհրան Հակոբյանը:
