Զորամասի վարորդը փորձել է խարդախությամբ գումար հափշտակել ավագ լեյտենանտից. առաջադրվել են մեղադրանքներ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԶՔԳՎ ՀԿԳ քննության վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է կաշառքի պատրվակով խարդախությամբ գումար հափշտակելու փորձի դեպք. առաջադրվել են մեղադրանքներ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Նախնական քննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ N զորամասում ծառայություն իրականացնող ավագ լեյտենանտը (ծնված՝ 1990թ.) մոր առողջական խնդիրների պատճառով ցանկացել է տեղափոխվել և ծառայությունը շարունակել բնակության վայրին մոտ գտնվող զորամասում և համապատասխան դիմում գրել պաշտպանության նախարարին։
Մեկ այլ զորամասի վարորդ, կոչումով ենթասպան երաշխավորել է ավագ լեյտենանտին, թե, իբր, ունի ծանոթ գեներալներ, որոնց միջոցով կարող է կազմակերպել տեղափոխությունը, թեև իմացել է, որ ավագ լեյտենանտը երկար տարիներ ծառայել է հեռավոր զորամասում， հետևապես սահմանված ժամկետը լրանալուց հետո, պլանային կարգով կարող է տեղափոխվել բնակության վայրին մոտ զորամասեր։ Ենթադրյալ տեղափոխությունը կազմակերպելու համար ենթասպան ավագ լեյտենանտից գումար է պահանջել։
2016թ. սեպտեմբեր 19-ին, օրենքով սահմանված կարգով, ավագ լեյտենանտը նշանակվել է իր բնակության վայրին մոտ ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի ուսումնական գումարտակի հրամանատարների պատրաստման ուսումնական դասակի հրամանատարի պաշտոնին և համոզվելով, որ իր տեղափոխման գործընթացին ենթասպան որևէ միջամտություն չի ցուցաբերել, հրաժարվել է վերջինիս փոխանցել խոստացված գումարը։ Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ ենթասպան սպառնացել է ավագ լեյտենանտին, գումարը չստանալու դեպքում, նրան նորից տեղափոխել հեռավոր զորամաս՝ զինծառայության։
Մինչդատական վարույթում ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ լեյտենանտին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-312 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով, իսկ ենթասպային՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-178 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով:
Քրեական գործի նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվող կամ մեղադրվող անձը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով`դատարանի`օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
