Եվրամիություն-Հայաստան նոր համաձայնագիր ստորագրելու բանակցությունների մեկնարկի մանդատի տրամադրումը կարևոր ազդակ է առ այն, որ Հայաստանը քայլում է դեպի Եվրոպա:Այս մասին նշեց Հայաստանում Գերմանիայի դաշնային հարապÕ �տության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Մաթիաս Քիսլերը:
«Դրանով նոր էջ է բացվում Հայաստանի և Եվրամիության հարաբերություններում: Շատ ոլորտներ կան, որոնք կազմելու են համագործակցության հիմքը, որոնց շարքու,մ անշուշտ, լինելու է նաև տնտեսությունը և առևտուրը: Ուրախ եմ, որ դրանով հնարավոր կլինի շարունակել տնտեսական և առևտրային հարաբերությունները ոչ միայն Եվրամիության հետ, այլ նաև անդամ առանձին երկրների հետ: Եվրամիությունն ունի բազմաթիվ գործիքներ դա իրականացնելու համար, պարզապես պետք է ուսումնասիրել, թե դրանք որքանով են համադրելի Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության քաղաքականության հետ», - ասաց Մաթիաս Քիսլերը:
Դեսպանի գնահատմամբ` տարիներ շարունակվող բանակցությունների առաջին նախագիծը չձախողվեց Հայաստանի կողմից Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը անդամակցելու արդյունքում այն իմաստով, որ այն շարունակեց ընդունելի լինել ԵՄ քաղաքական գործիչների համար, ովքեր այդ նախագծի հիման վրա փորձեցին շարունակել հարաբերությունները Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հետ:
Օրեր առաջ Եվրամիության 28 անդամ-պետությունները Լյուքսեմբուրգում մանդատ են տրամադրել Հայաստանի եւ ԵՄ-ի միջև նոր համաձայնագիր ստորագրելու շուրջբանակցությունների մեկնարկի համար։ Հայաստանի և Եվրոպական միության միջև նոր համաձայնագիր ստորագրելու շուրջ բանակցությունները կսկվեն մինչևտարեվերջ: Նոր համաձայնագիրը կփոխարինի ներկայումս գործող Հայաստան-ԵՄ Գործընկերության և համագործակցության համաձայնագ
