Առողջապահության նախարարությունը ներկայացրել է բարձր ջերմաստիճանային պայմաններում աշխատանքի կազմակերպման կարգը

 Օդի բարձր ջերմաստիճանային պայմաններում աշխատանքի կազմակերպումը կարգավորվում է ՀՀ Աշխատանքային օրենսգքրի 153-րդ հոդվածով` հիմք ընդունելով աշխատավայրի ջերմաստիճանը: Եթե աշխատատեղերում գործի բնույթից կախված հնարավոր չէ ապահովել պատշաճ ջերմաստիճանային ռեժիմ (օդի լավորակում), հատկապես ծանր ֆիզիկական և լարված մտավոր աշխատանք կատարելու դեպքում, անհրաժեշտ է ստեղծել հովանալու և հանգստանալու հնարավորություն: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից:

Հաշվի առնելով շոգ եղանակը, ջերմաստիճանի բարձրացման և ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթման բացասական ազդեցությունը օրգանիզմի վրա` ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը խորհուրդ է տալիս`

  • օգտագործել բաձր ջերմաստիճանի ազդեցությունից պաշտպանող միջոցներ` բաց գույնի, բնական նյութերից գլխարկ, օդափոխությունը ապահովող արտահագուստ, ստվեր ապահովող մեծ հովանոցներ, ակնոց և այլն,
  • ստեղծել անհրաժեշտ պայմաններ բարձր ջերմաստիճանի ազդեցությունը մեղմելու համար, հաճախ լվացվել,
  • կատարել աշխատանքային ռեժիմի փոփոխություն` հատկապես առավել ծանր և լարված աշխատանքի կատարումը նախատեսելով օրվա զով ժամերին, իսկ օրվա շոգ ժամերին` աշխատանքի երկարատև ընդմիջում:

 

Միաժամանակ, անհրաժեշտ է հիշել, որ օրվա որոշակի, ամենաշոգ ժամերին (12:00-17:00) երեխաների, հղիների, ծերերի, խրոնիկ հիվանդություններով տառապող մարդկանց համար վնասակար են ոչ միայն արևի ուղիղ ճառագայթները, այլև բացօթյա ստվերոտ տարածքները:

Խորհուրդ է տրվում օգտագործել սովորականից շատ հեղուկներ (օրական մոտ 3 լիտր), հատկապես` ջուր, թան, առանց շաքարի բնական հյութեր և թեյ։ Սրտանոթային կամ միզասեռական համակարգի հիվանդություններով տառապող անձինք հեղուկներ պետք է ընդունեն իրենց բուժող բժշկի հետ խորհրդակցելուց հետո:
