Ռուսաստանն ու Չինաստանը համատեղ հայտարարությամբ են հանդես եկել՝ ԿԺԴՀ-ի հերթական հրթիռային արձակման ֆոնին Կորեական թերակղզու իրադրության հետ կապված։

ՌԴ եւ Չինաստանի ԱԳՆ-ների համատեղ հայտարարությունում ասվում է, որ Մոսկվան ու Պեկինը սերտորեն համագործակցելով համաչափորեն կաշխատեն Կորեական թերակզու խնդրի համալիր լուծման ուղղությամբ, ներառյալ՝ միջուկային խնդիրը։

ՌԴ ԱԳՆ մամուլի ծառայության հաղորդմամբ՝ երկու երկրներն էլ անհագստացած են ԿԺԴՀ-ի հայտարարություններով եւ բալիստիկ հրթիռի հետ կապված հայտարարությունն անընդունելի են համարում, որը հակասում է ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի համապատասխան բանաձեւերին։

Մոսկվան ու Պեկինը կարծում են, որ այդ տարածաշրջանում ռազմաքաղաքական լարվածության սրումը, որը հղի է զինված հակամարտության սպառնալիքով, միջազգային հանրությունից պահանջում է միջոցներ ձեռնարկել եւ երկխոսության ու խորհրդակցությունների միջոցով կարգավորել իրադրությունը։

Դրա հետ կապված՝ ՌԴ-ի եւ ՉԺՀ-ի ԱԳ նախարարությունները համատեղ նախաձեռնությամբ են հանդես եկել։

Մասնավորապես, Փհենյանին առաջարկվում է, որպես կամավոր քաղաքական որոշում, միջուկային պայթուցիկ սարքերի ու բալիստիկ հրթիռների փորձական արձակման մորաթորիում հայտարարել, իսկ ԱՄՆ-ն ու Կորեայի Հանրապետությունը պետք է զերծ մնան խոշորամասշտաբ զորավարժություններից։ Դրան զուգահեռ կողմերը պետք է բանակցություններ սկսեն եւ հաստատեն փոխհարաբերությունների ընդհանուր սկզբունքները։

Մոկսվան ու Պեկինը միջազգային հանրությանը կոչ ե անում աջակցել նշված նախաձեռնությանը։
