Մի խումբ անձանց կողմից մարդու առևանգման և փաստաթղթեր հափշտակելու քրեական գործերի նախաքննությունն իրականացնող ավագ քննիչ Վարուժան Ալեքսանյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել: Գործն ուղարկել է Չարենցավանի դատարան և մակագրվել է դատավոր Հովհաննես Ավագյանին:
Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգի տեղեկացմամբ՝ Վարուժան Ալեքսանյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 2014թ. սեպտեմբերի 30-ից մինչև 2015 թվականի նոյեմբերի 24-ն աշխատելով ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում որպես ավագ քննիչ, շահադիտական նպատակով և անձնական այլ դրդումներով իր վարույթում քննվող ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 131-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի և 324-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում նույն գործին առնչվող Արմեն Միրզոյանի օժանդակությամբ կազմել և քրեական գործին կցելու եղանակով շրջանառության մեջ է դրել իրավաբանական նշանակություն ունեցող փաստեր և իրադարձություններ հավաստող պաշտոնական փաստաթուղթ, որի մեջ մտցրել է ակնհայտ կեղծ տեղեկություններ և կատարել կեղծ գրառումներ:
Վարուժան Ալեքսանյանի 2015թ. հոկտեմբերի 19-ի որոշմամբ իրեղեն ապացույց են ճանաչվել գործով տուժող Իրա Խուդիյանի անձնական իրերը, այդ թվում 1600 ԱՄՆ դոլարը: Նշված գումարից 700 ԱՄՆ դոլարը Իրա Խուդիյանին այդ պահին չվերադարձնելու շահադիտական նպատակով, ինչպես նաև իրեղեն ապացույց ճանաչված մյուս իրերն արագ վերադարձնելու տուժողի խնդրանքը չմերժելու և իր հետ քրեական գործի քննության ընթացքում մտերմացած, հետագայում որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավված Արմեն Միրզոյանի հետ հարաբերությունները չվատթարացնելու անձնական այլ դրդումներով, Վարուժան Ալեքսանյանն Արմեն Միրզոյանի ներկայությամբ և օժանդակությամբ կազմել է «իրեղեն ապացույցն ի պահ հանձնելու մասին» կեղծ բովանդակությամբ արձանագրություն:
Կեղծ տեղեկություններ մտցնելուց բացի, Վարուժան Ալեքսանյանը դրանում կատարել է նաև ակնհայտ կեղծ գրառում իրեղեն ապացույց ճանաչված 1600 ԱՄՆ դոլարն, իբրև, ամբողջությամբ այդ պահին Իրա Խուդիյանին ի պահ հանձնելու վերադարձնելու վերաբերյալ, այնինչ իրականում այդ գումարից Իրա Խուդիյանին այդ պահին վերադարձրել է միայն 900 ԱՄՆ դոլարը, իսկ մնացած 700 ԱՄՆ դոլարը վերադարձրել է արձանագրությունը կազմելուց միայն երկու ամիս անց:
Վարուժան Ալեքսանյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 314-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
Արմեն Միրզոյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 133-րդ հոդվածի 1-ի, 38-314-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով: Արմեն Միրզոյանը նախկինում դատապարտված է:
