Գագիկ Հարությունյանը գերագույն խնդիր է համարում Սահմանադրության հիման վրա ամբողջ իրավական դաշտի բարեփոխումը

Այսօր գերագույն խնդիր է Սահմանադրությունը կյանքի կոչելը. ոչ միայն սահմանադրության դրույթներն իրավական առումով, այլեւ Սահմանադրության հիման վրա ամբողջ իրավական դաշտը բարեփոխելը, իրավահարաբերությունները սահմանադրականացնելը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ Սահմանադրության օրվան նվիրված ցուցահանդեսի շրջանակում նման համոզմունք հայտնեց Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահ Գագիկ Հարությունյանը:
Սահմանադրական դատարանում ներկայացված ցուցահանդեսի նկարները պատկանում են հայտնի նկարիչ Ռուդիկ Պետրոսյանին: Գագիկ Հարությունյանի խոսքով՝ նկարչի աշխատանքները իսկապես ապրում են հայկական ոգով:
«1995-ին ընդունված Սահմանադրությունը հայ ժողովրդի համար կայուն զարգացման երաշխիքներ ստեղծեցին նորանկախ այս վիճակում, եւ հետագա զարգացումները դրանք ավելի ամրապնդեցին: Թղթի վրա գրվածը մի բան է, իսկ իրական կյանքի սահմանադրական հարաբերությունները՝ այլ բան: Պետք է կարողանանք Սահմանադրությունից անցում կատարել սահմանադրականության»,-ասաց նա:
Ցուցահանդեսին ներկայացված էր նաեւ Ռուդիկ Պետրոսյանի պատկերագիրքը. «Արցախ. Սպասում», «Հաղթանակ», «Արեւոտ օր», «Ձմեռային լիրիկա», «Դրախտ», «Վերածնունդ». նկարները բազմազան են, հարուստ գույներով եւ յուրօրինակ սյուժեներով: Գագիկ Հարությունյանի խոսքով՝ Ռուդիկ Պետրոսյանը իսկապես վերածննդի նկարիչ է:
Ցուցահանդեսի շրջանակում Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահը ներկայացրեց նաեւ «Սահմանադրականություն. ախտորոշման, մշտադիտարկման եւ կառավարման խնդիրները» խորագրով ծավալուն գիրքը, որը նրա խոսքով՝ ամփոփում է երկար տարիների աշխատանքը միջազգային պրակտիկայում առաջին անգամ սահմանադրական մշակույթի գնահատման հիմնախնդրի լուծմանը նոր մոտեցում ցուցաբերելու վերաբերյալ: Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ մշակվել է լուրջ գիտական մեթոդիկա, եւ շուտով աշխատանք է տարվելու ավելի քան 140 երկրներում սահմանադրականության մշակույթի գործնական գնահատման ու համեմատական վերլուծության վերաբերյալ:
