Ներգրավվում են պաշտպաններ.չորս ընդմիջումից հետո Սեֆիլյանի գործով դատական նիստը հետաձգվեց

Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից ապօրինի զենք, ռազմամթերք պահելու մեջ մեղադրվող Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի, Գևորգ Սաֆարյանի, Հրայր Թոփչյանի, Սասունիկ Կիրակոսյանի, Հովհաննես Պետրոսյանի, Գալուստ Գրիգորյանի, Ներսես Պողոսյանի քրեական գործով այսօրվա դատական նիստն ընդմիջվեց չորրորդ անգամ:
Երրորդ ընդմիջումից հետո դատարանում մեկնարկեց պաշտպանների ներգրավման գործողությունը, ինչի համար ըստ հերթականության դատական նիստերի դահլիճ բերվեցին և այնուհետև հեռացվեցին ամբաստանյալներ Հրայր Թոփչյանը, Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանը, Գևորգ Սաֆարյանն ու Ներսես Պողոսյանը:
Ամբաստանյալ Հրայր Թոփչյանի պաշտպան ներգրավվեց Գեորգի Մելիքյանը, Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանը հայտարարեց, որ իր շահերը պիտի պաշտպանեն Տիգրան Հայրապետյանն ու Արա Զաքարյանը:
Դատավորը հայտնեց, որ Տիգրան Հայրապետյանը 3 դատական նիստից բացակայել է և հայտնեց, որ դատարանն առաջարկում է կամ այլ պաշտպան, իսկ եթե հրաժարվի, դատարանն իր նախաձեռնությամբ կնշանակի պաշտպան: Սեֆիլյանը հրաժարվեց:
Նիստերի դահլիճ հրավիրված Գևորգ Սաֆարյանը հայտնեց, որ իր պաշտպանությունն իրականացնելու է փաստաբան Տիգրան Եգորյանը: Նույնը վերաբերում էր Տիգրան Եգորյանին: Նա, ըստ դատարանի՝ ևս 4-րդ դատական նիստն է բացակայում է:
Դատարանի դահլիճ բերված Ներսես Պողոսյանն էլ հայտնեց, որ իր շահերը պաշտպանելու են Արայիկ Պապիկյանն ու Նինա Կարապետյանցը:
Դատարանը պարզաբանեց, որ Արայիկ Պապիկյանն արդեն չորրորդ նիստն է՝ բացակայում է։ «Արայիկ Պապիկյանը չորրորդ նիստն է, ինչ բացակայում է, իսկ որպեսզի Ձեր շահերի պաշտպան ներգրավվի Նինա Կարապետյանցը, նիստն ընդմիջվում է 1 ժամով՝ նրա ներկայությունն ապահովելու համար»,-ասաց նիստը նախագահող դատավոր Տաթև Գրիգորյանն ու հեռացավ:
Մեկ ժամ ընդմիջումից հետո Տաթև Գրիգորյանը վերսկսեց նիստը և հայտնեց, որ փաստաբանների հետ կապ հաստատել չի հաջողվել.«Նինա Կարապետյանցն անհասանելի է, իսկ Արա Զաքարյանն ընդհանրապես չի պատասխանում հեռախոսազանգերին: Դատական նիստն ընդմիջվում է 1,5 ժամով, որպեսզի փորձի ապահովել փաստաբանների ներկայությունը»:
Ընդմիջումից հետո դատարան էր ներկայացել Արա Զաքարյանը: Նախագահող դատավորը հայտնեց, որ Արա Զաքարյանը ներգրավվում է որպես Սեֆիլյանի պաշտպան:
Ինչ վերաբերում է Նինա Կարապետյանցին, դատարանը հայտնեց, որ նրա հետ կապ հաստատել չի հաջողվել:
Նիստը հետաձգվեց և նշանակվեց հուլիսի 21-ին:
Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի պաշտպան Արա Զաքարյանը Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ Սեֆիլյանի պաշտպանությունն իրականացնելու են ինքն ու Տիգրան Հայրապետյանը:
«Նախ դատավորը չպիտի որոշի, թե իրեն ինչպես պահի փաստաբանը: Մեզ համար առաջնայինը մեր պաշտպանյալի կարծիքն է: Երբ սանկցիա կիրառվեց Սեֆիլյանի նկատմամբ, և նա հեռացվեց նիստերի դահլիճից, վերջինս ասաց, որ Տիգրան Հայրապետյանը ևս լքի նիստերի դահլիճը: Դա նշանակում է, որ Տիգրան Հայրապետյանի՝ նիստերին չմասնակցելը միանշանակ իրավաչափ է, և դատարանը չի որոշելու, թե ով ում պաշտպանությունն է իրականացնելու»:
