Ամերիկացիները մեկ օրում 7 մլրդ դոլարի բուրգեր ու գարեջուր են օգտագործում

ԱՄՆ-ում հուլիսի 4-ին նշում են Անկախության օրը։ Այն ամերիկյան քաղաքներում ընդունված է նշել բնության գրկում՝ տապակած նրբերշիկներով, համբուրգերներով ու հոթ- դոգերով։ Խոսքը ոչ թե «կամ կամ» տարբերակի մասին է, այլ որպես կանոն՝ բոլորը միանգամից։ Այսինքն զարմանալի ոչինչ չկա, եթե 300 մլն ամերիկացիներին է բաժին ընկնում ամբողջ Երկրի ընդհանուր սպառման 40 տոկոսը։ BuzzFeed պարբերականը փորձել է պարզել, թե որքան է արժենում ամերիկացիների «ամենագաստրոնոմիական» տոնը։
Ավանդաբար Անկախության օրը նշելու համար ընտրում են մեծ բացատ, որտեղ տեղադրում են սեղաններ՝ տոնական հյուրասիրությամբ։ Ամերիկացիները այդ օրը փող չեն խնայում զանազան համեղ ուտելիքների վրա։
Ամենասիրված ուտելիքն այդ օրը համբուրգերն է։ Ըստ Nielsen ընկերության տվյալների՝ անցած տարի ամերիկացիները տոնի համար գնել են 804 մլն դոլարի տավարի միս ու 371 մլն դոլարի՝ հավի միս։
Անցած տարի ամերիկացիները բարբեքյուի սոուս գնելու համար ծախսել են 43 մլն դոլար, 37 մլն՝ կեթչուպի ու 25 մլն դոլար՝ մանանեխի վրա։
Իհարկե տոնը չի անցնում առանց ոգելից խմիչքի։ Ամենամեծ աճը նկատվել է գինու վաճառքում՝ 52 շաբաթում 53 տոկոսով։
Գարեջրին այլընտրանք է ծառայում SpikedSeltzer ոգելից ըմպելիքը, որի վաճառքը տարեկան աճում է՝ հասնելով 60 մլն դոլարի։
Եվ այսպես, այս տարի ամերիկացիները ծրագրում են ոչ պակաս ճոխ միջոցառում ՝ հյուրասիրությունների համար ծախսելով 7․1 մլրդ դոլար։
