2. Բացասական ինքնագնահատական

Եթե ուզում եք, որ ձեր իրականությունն ավելի դրական լինի, ուրեմն ձեր մտքերը պետք է համապատասխանեն նրան, թե ինչպիսին եք տեսնում ձեր սեփական աշխարհը։ Եթե ձեր սեփական անձի մասին բացասական գնահատական ունեք, աշխարհն էլ ձեզ մոխրագույն ու ձանձրալի կթվա։ Բայց եթե ձեր ինքնագնահատականը դրական է, ձեր շուրջն անվերջանալի հնարավորություններ կտեսնեք։ Իրենց հարգող մարդիկ սնում են իրենց դրական մտքերով, հարաբերություններով, կարիերայով ու նպատակներով։

3. Հավատարիմ մնացեք ինքներդ ձեզ

«Հարմարավետ գոտին հրաշալի վայր է, բայց այնտեղ երբեք ոչինչ չի աճում». անհայտ հեղինակ։ Եթե դուք նայեք ձեր շուրջը, աշխարհը բավական սարսափելի կթվա։ Այդ առումով մարդկանց մեծ մասը որոշում է հնարավորինս երկար մնալ անվտանգ վայրում, որպեսզի խուսափի որեւէ անհարմար բանից։ Բայց դուք չեք կարողանա աճել, եթե չփորձեք որեւէ նոր բան։ Իրենց հարգող մարդիկ սիրում են խախտել սահմանները, որպեսզի տեսնեն, թե որքանով կարող են որպես անձ ընդլայնել իրենց զարգացման սահմանները։

4. Համապատասխանելու փորձերը

Եվ նորից, դուք չեք կարողանա աճել ու սովորել, եթե հետեւեք «ամբոխային» զգացմունքներին։ Իսկապես զարգանալու ու բարգավաճելու համար պետք է ձեր սեփական ուղին գտնեք ու սովորեք վստահել ձեր բնազդներին, այլ ոչ ուրիշների կարծիքներին։ Սովորեք ձեզ լավ զգալ սեփական մաշկի մեջ ու վստահել ձեր ներքին ձայնին։ Այդ դեպքում կտեսնեք, որ ամբողջ աշխարհը ձեր ոտքերի առջեւ է։

5. Տհաճ աշխատանք

Ցավոք, մարդկանց մեծ մասն աշխատում է ատելի աշխատավայրերում՝ միայն հանուն գումար վաստակելու։ Սակայն պետք չէ դառնալ վիճակագրության մի մասը։ Դուք կարող եք հեռանալ այդ աշխատանքից, եթե այն հյուծում է ձեզ ու որոնել մեկ այլ աշխատանք, որը ձեր հոգին կլցնի դրական լիցքերով։ Իրենց հարգող մարդիկ ձգտում են զարգացնել իրենց կարողություններն ու բացահայտել իրենց ցանկությունները, որպեսզի բացահայտեն, թե ինչին է իրականում ձգտում իրենց հոգին։ Իսկ հետո անշեղորեն հետեւում են իրենց հոգու կանչին։

Իհարկե՝ մեր ժամանակներում պետք է շատ ջանք գործադրել՝ ցանկալի աշխատանք գտնելու համար, բայց մենք, միեւնույն է, վստահ ենք, որ իրեն հարգող մարդն ի վերջո կհեռանա այն աշխատանքից, որը չի նպաստում իր հոգեկան ու զգացմունքային բարեկեցությանը։
