Դաաավոր Տաթեւիկ Գրիգորյանը մրցակցային սկզբունքով դատավարությունն անցկացնելու փոխարեն իրեն զգում է ոստիկանության գումարտակի հրամանատար կամ որեւէ վարչության պետ: NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք հայտնեց Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի պաշտպան Տիգրան Հայրապետյանը՝ անդրադառնալով գործի դատավարությանը:

«Դատավորն անտեսում է Քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի նորմերը: Օրինակ, եթե ամբաստանյալը հեռացված է, նրա պաշտպանի ներկայությունը պարտադիր է, սակայն երեկվա նիստում 7 ամբաստանյալից միայն 1-ն էր ներկա եւ 1 պաշտպան կար դահլիճում: Տաթեւիկ Գրիգորյանը, անտեսելով նորմերը, դատավարություն է անցկացնում, սա նշանակում է, որ արդար դատաքննություն լինել չի կարող: Դատավորը չի պատկերացնում, որ դատավարությունն անցկացվում է մրցակցային սկզբունքով եւ հավասարությունը պետք է պահպանվի, մինչդեռ դատավորն իրեն զգում է քննչականի պետ կամ գործարանի տնօրեն»,- ասաց Տիգրան Հայրապետյանը:

Փաստաբանի պնդմամբ, Տաթեւիկ Գրիգորյանը հեռու է Քրեական դատավարությունից եւ իր համար կարեւորը փառասիրությունն է, ինքնասհաստատման կարիքը:

Նշենք, որ դատարանը 10 ժամով հեռացրել է 6 ամբաստանյալներին, այդ թվում Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանին: Հուլիսի 4-ին կայացած նիստի ժամանակ Տաթեւիկ Գրիգորյանը Սեֆիլյանին առաջարկեց նոր պաշտպան ընտրել, կամ ինքը հանրային պաշտպան կներգրավվի: Սեֆիլյանը, սակայն, պնդեց, որ Տիգրան Հայրապետյանից չի հրաժարվելու:

«Ես նիստին կգնամ այն ժամանակ, երբ Սեֆիլյանին կբերեն դատարան: Քանի նա հեռացված է, ես նիստերին չեմ մասնակցելու»,- նշեց պաշտպանը:
