«Դիլիջանի» հանքային գործարանը կշահագործի համանուն հանքավայրը ևս 50 տարի

Հուլիսի 12–ին Դիլիջանի քաղաքապետարանի շենքում տեղի կունենան «Դիլիջան» հանքային ջրի գործարան ՍՊԸ–ի կողմից ներկայացված Տավուշի մարզի Դիլիջանի ածխաթթվային հանքային ջրի հանքավայրի հորատանցքի շահագործման շրջակա միջավայրի վրա ազդեցության գնահատման հաշվետվության վերաբերյալ հանրային քննարկումներ:
 
Մասնավորապես, «Դիլիջան» հանքային ջրի գործարան ՍՊԸ–ն դիմել է Էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարություն` Դիլիջանի ածխաթթվային հանքային ջրի հանքավայրի հորատանցքի արդյունահանման թույլտվության գործողության ժամկետը երկարաձգելու համար:
 
Դիլիջանի ածխաթթվային հանքային ջրի հանքավայրը գտնվում է «Դիլիջան» ազգային պարկի տարածքի սահմանում: Հանքավայրը գտնվում է Իջևանի տարածաշրջանում` Դիլիջան քաղաքից 7 կմ դեպի հյուսիս–արևմուտք և գրավում է Բլդան գետի ջրավազանը: Հանքավայրի տարածքում է գտնվում «Դիլիջանի» հանքային ջրերի գործարանը:
 
Դիլիջանի ածխաթթվային հանքային ջրի հանքավայրի շահագործողական պաշարները հաշվարկվել և հաստատվել են թիվ 2/54 (1K) հորատանցքով 2000 թ. մարտին օգտակար հանածոների Պաշարների Պետական Հանձնաժողովի կողմից և կարող են օգտագործվել շշալցման և բուժման համար: Ներկայում հանքավայրը շահագործվում է «Դիլիջան» հանքային ջրի գործարան ՍՊԸ–ի կողմից: Ջրհավաք հորատանցքի նոր շահագործման տևողությունը կկազմի 50 տարի: Ընկերության կողմից պահանջվող ջրաքանակը մնում է նույնը` 0.8 լ/վրկ կամ 25 հազար 200 մ3/տարի:
 
Ընդերքի, ջրային ռեսուրսների, շրջակա միջավայրի որակի պահպանման և բնակչության էկոլոգիական անվտանգության ապահովման նպատակով, ինչպես նաև հանքավայրի թիվ 2/54 (1–K) հորատանցքի հանքային ջրի արդյունավետ և պատշաճ շահագործման համար «Դիլիջանի» հանքային ջրի գործարանը կատարել է 2 միլիարդ 680 միլիոն դրամի ներդրում:
 
Ըստ նախագծի՝ ընկերությունը երկարաձգելով հանքային ջրի հանքավայրի արդյունահանման թույլտվության գործողության ժամկետը արդյունաբերական շշալցման համար կշարունակի ապահովել շուկայի պահանջարկը, ինչպես նաև կպահպանի մի քանի տասնյակ աշխատատեղեր, որն իր հերթին կնպաստի սահմանամերձ Տավուշի մարզի բնակչության սոցիալական պայմանների և կենսամակարդակի բարելավմանը:
 
Նախագծում նաև ասվում է, որ Դիլիջանի հանքավայրի շահագործման ավելի քան 80–ամյա փորձը վկայում է, որ շրջակա միջավայրի վրա այն չի ունեցել որևէ բացասական ազդեցություն: Իսկ դա իր հերթին պայմանավորված է ստորերկրյա ջրերի արդյունահանման անվտանգ գործընթացով, օգտագործվող ջրի փոքր ծավալով, ինչպես նաև այն հանգամանքով, որ հանքավայրի հանքային ջրի ռեժիմը տարեկան կտրվածքում արտահայտվում է ծախսի, ջերմաստիճանի և քիմիական կազմի կայունությամբ:
