Սերիալներից հայտնի դերասանուհի Եվա Բաղդասարյանը, որն աչքի է ընկնում իր բարձր հասակով եւ գեղեցիկ կառուցվածքով, ի տարբերություն շատ աղջիկների՝ երբեք հատուկ սննդակարգի չի հետեւել: Դերասանուհին սիրով մասնակցեց NEWS.am STYLE-ի՝ «Հմայքի գաղտնիքները» խորագրի հարցումներին։
«Առավոտյան արթանանում եմ շատ քաղցած: Առաջինը, ինչ մտքովս անցնում է՝ գնալ խոհանոց եւ ինչ-որ բան պատրաստել: Որ ժամին էլ արթնանամ, լինի 6-ը, թե 7-ը, մինչեւ չնախաճաշեմ, տանից դուրս չեմ գա»,-ասում է Եվան՝ հավելելով. «Ճիշտն ասած՝ չեմ առանձնացնում առավոտ, ցերեկ եւ երեկո: Կարող եմ 2 ժամը մեկ ուտել, եւ իմ սննդակարգի մեջ անպայման պետք է լինի միս»:
Դերասանուհին վտահեցնում է, որ կյանքում որեւէ սննդամթերքից հարկադրված չի հրաժարվել.
«Ինձ ճանաչողները կհաստատեն այդ փաստը: Չկա այնպիսի ուտեստ, որը չսիրեմ: Դիետա երբեք չեմ պահել, իմ շրջապատում ասում են. «Երանի քեզ, որ այդքան ուտում, բայց չես գիրանում»: Ի դեպ, դա առողջական խնդիրների հետ կապ չունի, դա մարդու տեսակից է, եւ ես շատ ուրախ եմ, որ կարող եմ ամեն բան ուտել»:
Սերիալային գեղեցկուհին քնի հետ կապված եւս խնդիրներ չունի.
«Ընդհանրապես, սոցիալական ցանցերում լինելու պատճառով պատահում է, որ ուշ եմ քնում, բայց քնի հետ խնդիր չունեմ՝ երբ աչքերս փակում եմ, միանգամից քնում եմ»:
Դերասանուհին գեղեցիկ կազմվածքը պահելու համար նույնիսկ մարզասրահ չի հաճախում.
«Ժամանակս չի հերքում, որ զբաղվեմ սպորտով, բայց ժամանակին զբաղվել եմ»,-ասում է նա, իսկ հայ կանանց խորհուրդ է տալիս. «Եղեք ինքնավստահ. եթե կին ես, արդեն գեղեցիկ ես»:
