Թե ո՞վ և ի՞նչ նպատակով էր բետոնե արգելապատնեշներով փակել Գյումրիի գլխավոր շուկայի մուտքերը ՝ «Ասատրյաններ Սախա-լենա» ՓԲԸ-ի փաստաբան Արտակ Մովսիսյանը դեռևս չի կարող ասել:
Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում փաստաբանը նշեց, թե ընկերությունը բողոք է ներկայացրել ոստիկանություն և Շիրակի դատախազություն՝ խնդրելով պարզել թե ովքեր են փակել մուտքը:
Նշենք, որ տարածքը պատկանում է «Ասատրյաններ Սախա-լենա» ՓԲԸ-ին, որն էլ վարձակալությամբ տաղավարներ է տրամադրում առևտրականներին:
«Դիմել ենք Գյումրի քաղաքի ոստիկանության բաժին՝ խնդրել վերացնել անօրինական պատնեշը, հայտնաբերել, թե ով է կատարել և համապատասխան իրավական գնահատական տալ: Նույնաբովանդակ դիմում ենք ներկայացրել նաև Շիրակի մարզի դատախազին և այս պահին նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում դեպքի վերաբերյալ»,-ասաց նա:
Նշենք, որ Գյումրիի գլխավոր շուկայի և «Լիանա» տոնավաճառի առևտրականները հուլիսի 4-ին վաղ առավոտից աշխատանքի գնալով՝ տեսել էին, որ շուկայի երկու մուտքերն են փակվել են բետոնե արգելապատնեշներով:
Փաստաբանն իր հերթին պատմեց, որ հուլիսի 3-ին ժամը 19:00-ի սահմաններում ընկերության տարածքի մուտքի մոտ հսկիչը նկատել է, որ անհայտ անձինք են մոտենում բեռնատարով և սկսել են մուտքի մոտ բետոնե պատնեշներ տեղադրել, ու զոդման միջոցով ամրացնել՝ ինչի պատճառով անհնար է դարձել տրանսպորտային միջոցների, ինչպես նաև ոտքով ընկերության տարածք մուտք գործելը: Հաջորդ օրը միայն քաղաքապետարանի և ոստիկանության ձեռնարկած միջոցառումների արդյունքում այդ կառուցված պատնեշները ապամոնտաժվել են և մուտքը բացվել է:
Փաստաբանն ասաց, որ ընկերության տարածքում տեղադրված տեսախցիկները արձանագրել են այդտեղ աշխատանքներ կատարող անձանց, ովքեր սակայն դեռևս շարունակում են անհայտ մնալ:
Նման նախադեպ, Արտակ Մովսիսյանի լսելով մեկ անգամ էլ եղել, որ մուտքը փակվել է, իսկ թե ով այդ ամենի հետևում կանգնած, նշեց, թե խոսակցությունների մակարդակում են: «Իհարկե ենթադրվում է ընկերության դեմ է, ինչ-որ միտում կա, և հնարավոր է ինչ-որ մեկը հավակնություններ ունի այդ տարածքի նկատմամբ կամ գտնում է, որ նման իրավասություն ունի փակելու տարածքը»,-ասաց նա:
Նշենք, որ ըստ մամուլի հրապարակումների՝ շուկայի տարածքի առևտուր անողները մատնանշել են, որ արգելապատնեշ տեղադրողները շուկայի դիմացի հատվածի սեփականատերերն են:
