Եվրոպական չափորոշիչներին համապատասխանող առաջին աղբանոցի մրցույթը Հայաստանում կարող են հայտարարել 2017-ի օգոստոսին, այս մասին NEWS.am-ի թղթակցին հայտնել է Հայաստանի տարածքային կառավարման ու զարգացման նախարարության տարածքային ներդրումային քաղաքականության վարչության ղեկավար Արտաշես Բախշյանը։

Աղբանոցը սպասարկելու է Կոտայքի ու Գեղարքունիքի մարզերը։ Այն տեղակայելու են նախկին կավի հանքի վրա, Հրազդան քաղաքի մոտ։

Նկատենք, որ մինչ այդ մրցույթը նախատեսված էր ապրիլ- մայիս ամսիներին անցկացնել, բայց հետո այն հետաձգել էին։

Ծրագրի ընդհանուր արժողությունը 11 մլն եվրո է։ Դրա կեսը՝ Վերակառուցման ու զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի վարկն է, մյուս կեսը դրամաշնորհներ են Եվրոպական հարեւանության ներդրումային քաղաքականության գործիքից (3․5 մլն)ու Էներգաարդյունավետության ու շրջակա միջավայրի հարցերով գործընկերության արեւելաեվրոպական հիմնադրամից (E5P)՝ 2 մլն։

Մրցութային փաստաթղթերի համար մնացել է պատրաստել շրջակա միջավայրի վրա նախագծի ազդեցության գնահատականը (ОВОС)։

Հաշվի առնելով, որ նախագծի դոնորները եվրոպական են, մրցույթը միջազգային է լինելու։ Անհրաժեշտ փորձ ունեցող տեղական ընկերություններ դեռ չկան՝ Հայաստանում երբևէ չեն կառուցել ժամանակակից ծածկով ու դրենաժով աղբանոցներ։ «Բայց իհարկե միջազգային կապալառուն կունենա նաեւ տեղացի գործընկեր»,- նկատել է Բախշյանը։
