«Հրազդան» ՔԿՀ աշխատակիցը դատապարտյալից պահանջել է iPhone 6S-ը և 30 000 դրամ կաշառք

Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում վաղը կշարունակվի նախկին ՔԿՀ աշխատակից Էդգար Ասատրյանի դատը:
Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա, 2016թ. դեկտեմբերի 6-ից աշխատելով ՀՀ ԱՆ «Հրազդան» ՔԿՀ-ում որպես անվտանգության ապահովման բաժնի առաջին կարգի մասնագետ, այսինքն՝ հանդիսանալով իշխանության ներկայացուցչի գործառույթներ իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձ, ՀՀ ԱՆ 2011 թ.նոյեմբերի 21-ին նույն ՔԿՀ-ի դատապարտյալ Ալեն Մանուկյանի օգտին ակնհայտ ապօրինի անգործություն դրսևորելու համար վերջինիցս պահանջել է 30.000 ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք, ինչպես նաև անձնական այլ շահագրգռվածությունից ելնելով կատարել է պաշտոնեական կեղծիք, այն է՝ իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող տեղեկություններ պարունակող զեկուցագիր է ներկայացրել ՔԿՀ-ի պետին դատապարտյալի մոտ բջջային հեռախոս հայտնաբերելու վերաբերյալ:
Մասնավորապես, հերթապահ ծառայություն կատարելիս մտել է 2-րդ մասնաշենքում գտնվող թիվ 19 խուց, որտեղ պահվող դատապարտյալ Ա. Մանուկյանից պահանջել է ներկայացնել նրա կողմից շահագործվող iPhone 6S մոդելի բջջային հեռախոսը, իսկ երբ դատապարտյալը կամավոր գրպանից հանել է հեռախոսը և դրել սեղանին, Ասատրյանը նրան առաջարկել է այն վերցնել իր հետ ներկայանալ անվտանգության ապահովման բաժնի աշխատասենյակ:
Ալեն Մանուկյանը, վերցնելով հեռախոսը, հետևել է Է. Ասատրյանին, նրա հետ գնացել է նշված աշխատասենյակ, որտեղ վերջինս Մանուկյանից պահանջել է մինչ հաջորդ օրը իրեն վճարել 30.000 ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք` փոխարենը խոստանալով, որ համապատասխան միջոցներ չի ձեռնարկի արգելված իրը դատապարտյալի մոտ պահելը դադարեցնելու ուղղությամբ:
Ստեղծված իրավիճակից խուսափելու նպատակով Ալեն Մանուկյանը Էդգար Ասատրյանին խոստացել է վճարել հիշյալ գումարը և վերադարձել է իր խուց, սակայն հետագայում բջջային հեռախոսը թաքցրել ՔԿՀ-ի ճաշարանում և խոստացված գումարը Ասատրյանին չի տվել:
2017թ. hունվարի 31-ի առավոտյան Է. Ասատրյանը, Ա. Մանուկյանից տեղեկանալով, որ պահանջված գումարը տալու մտադրություն չունի, նրան կանչել է նույն աշխատասենյակ և պահանջել, որ ներկայացնի 2 օր առաջ հայտնաբերված հեռախոսը` խոստանալով, որ նույն օրը հետ կվերադարձնի:
Ա. Մանուկյանը հայտարարել է, որ հեռախոսը արդեն ՔԿՀ-ում չէ, ինչից Է. Ասատրյանը զայրացել և նրան դուրս է հրավիրել: Այնուհետև Ասատրյանը իրեն խաբելու համար Ա. Մանուկյանից վրեժ լուծելու անձնական դրդումով կատարել է պաշտոնեական կեղծիք, այն է՝ իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող զեկուցագիր է ներկայացրել հիմնարկի պետին` հայտնելով, թե իբր նույն օրը ժամը 10.40-ի սահմաններում հաշվառման ժամանակ թիվ 19 խցի դատապարտյալ Ալեն Մանուկյանի ձեռքին նկատել է արգելված իր հանդիսացող հեռախոս և պահանջել է, որ վերջինս այն հանձնի, սակայն նա հրաժարվել է՝ հայտարարելով, թե որևէ մեկին այն չի տալու:
Նշված զեկուցագրի հիման վրա ՔԿՀ-ի պետի հանձնարարականով աշխատակիցների կողմից անմիջապես խուզարկության է ենթարկվել Ա. Մանուկյանի թիվ 19 խուցը, սակայն բջջային հեռախոս չի հայտնաբերվել:
