Հոկտեմբերին Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանը մտադիր է հանրային քննարկման ներկայացնել կատարելապես տրանսպորտի նոր ուղեւորատար սխեմա՝ էլեկտրոնային տոմսի գործածումով։Այս մասին NEWS. am–ի թղթակցին հայտնել է Երեւանի փոխքաղաքապետ Վահե Նիկոյանը։
Նախագծի վրա աշխատում է բրիտանական WIG ընկերությունը, որը այն կավարտի հուլիսի վերջին։ Եվս երկու ամիս այն կուսումնասիրի քաղաքապետարանը։ «Բացի դրանից մենք պետք է կազմենք ծրագրային ապահովում, որի օգնությամբ ցանկացողները կկարողանան հաշվարկել, թե ինչքան ժամանակում քաղաքի մի կետից մյուսը կհասնեն։ Դրանից հետո պարզ կդառնա, թե ինչպիսի տրանսպորտային պարկ է պետք ու ինչպես են գանձելու ուղեւորավարձը»,- ասաց Նիկոյանը։
Նրա խոսքով, էլեկտրոնային տոմսը, այսպես թե այնպես, կներդրվի, բայց պետք է հասկանալ, թե ինչպես հաշվարկել սակագինը՝ գործող մոդելով (մեկ ուղեւորություն՝ մեկ ուղեվարձ), թե կիլոմետրաժով, կամ խոշորացված ՝ գոտիներով, կամ էլ ուղեւորության տեւողությամբ (միավորը՝ ուղեւորության մեկ ժամը)։ Հանրային քննարկումների հարցում օգնելու համար մոտ ժամանակներս քաղաքապետարանը կբացի հատուկ կայք ՝առաջարկների համար։ Հետո կանցնեն մի քանի լսումներ։
