ԵՏՄ-ին Հայաստանի անդամակցության երկու տարվա ընթացքում երկրի ռեսուրսն ընդլայնվել է. Վաչե Գաբրիելյան

Հայաստանի Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանն (ԵՏՄ) անդամակցությունը գնահատելու համար անհրաժեշտ է մի շարք գործոններ հաշվի առնել։ Այս մասին հայտարարեց փոխվարչապետ, միջազգային տնտեսական ինտեգրման եւ բարեփոխումների նախարար Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը՝ Երեւանում «Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն, երկու տարի Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունում. առաջին արդյունքները» կլոր սեղանի բացման ժամանակ իր ելությում։

Նախարարն ընդգծեց, որ ինտեգրման մասին խոսելիս անհրաժեշտ է հաշվի առնել ոչ միայն կոնկրետ թվերը, այլեւ համատեքստը։ «Գոյություն ունեն ոչ միայն փաստեր, այլեւ ակնկալիքներ, որոնց ֆոնին մենք գնահատում ենք ՝ ի՞նչ ունենք եւ ինչ ենք ակնկալում»,-նշեց նախարարը՝ հավելելով, որ ԵՏՄ-ի անդամակցությունից Հայաստանի ակնկալիքները բավական բարձր էին։ Նախարարի խոսքով՝ երբեմն համեմատվում է ԵՄ-ի փորձի հետ։ Սակայն այդ պարագայում պետք է հաշվի առնել ոչ միայն ձեռքբերումները, այլեւ այն, թե քանի տարի է քեզ անհրաժեշտ։

Նախարարի համաձայն՝ եթե ընդհանրացնենք, ապա երկու տարում Հայաստանի ռեսուրսն ընդլայնվել է, ներկրվող ապրանքները գները՝ նվազել։ Սակայն մի շարք ցուցանիշներ կան, որոնք վերաբերում են դեռ առկա պատնեշներին, տնտեսական աճին, առաջընթացին, որն այնքան էլ ակնհայտ չէ։  Այդ ամենը պետք է քննարկել ու նշել ուղղությունները, որոնց շուրջ պետք է աշխատել։ Գաբրիելյանի հավաստմամբ՝ գոյություն ունի հսկայական, դեռ չօգտագործված պոտենցիալ։

Բելառուսի դեսպան Իգոր Նազարուկի խոսքով՝ ԵՏՄ-ին Հայաստանի անդամակցությունը դրական ազդակ է հաղորդել Հայաստանի եւ Բելառուսի երկկողմանի հարաբերություններին, այդ թվում՝ տնտեսության ոլորտում։ Դեսպանը հավելեց, որ Երեւանը վերջին տարիներին ԵՏՄ շրջանակում միջոցառումներ անցկացնելու կարեւոր հարթակ է դառնում։

Ղազախստանի դեսպան Թիմուր Ուրազաեւը նշեց, որ չնայած Հայաստանի եւ Ղազախստանի միջեւ ապրանքաշրջանառության ոչ մեծ թվերին, 46 տոկոս աճ է գրանցվել։ 

Հայաստանում ՌԴ գործերի ժամանակավոր հավատարմատար Անդրեյ Իվանովը փոխանցեց Ռուսաստանի դեսպան Իվան Վոլինկինի ողջույնը։ «Կազմակերպության շրջանակում Հայաստանը մեծ հաջողությունների է հասել»,-ասվում է դեսպանի ուղերձում։ Դեսպանը հետագա հաջողությունների, ինչպես նաեւ կազմակերպության կարեւոր նախագծերին մասնակցության մեծ պոտենցիալ է արձանագրել։
