ՀՔԾ-ն պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից պաշտոնեական դիրքը չարաշահելու մասին հաղորդում է ստացել

ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից պաշտոնեական դիրքը չարաշահելու վերաբերյալ ՀՀ ԱՆ «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի կալանավոր Հ. Հ.-ի հաղորդման հիման վրա նախապատրաստված նյութերով: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից:
Այսպես, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կետրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննված քրեական գործով մեղադրյալ Հ. Հ.-ն հաղորդմամբ հայտնել է, որ քննիչի կողմից կատարված խուզարկությունների ընթացքում առգրավվել են մի շարք իրեր, այդ թվում` իր անձնագիրն ու 7 հեռախոսաքարտ: Սակայն, ըստ Հ. Հ.-ի, քրեական գործի հետագա քննության ընթացքում առգրավված անձնագիրն ու հեռախոսաքարտերը քրեական գործին չեն կցվել, իրեն չեն վերադարձվել և չպարզված հանգամանքներում կորել են:
Բացի այդ, Հ. Հ.-ն հայտնել է, որ խուզարկություն կատարած քննիչն ու նշված գործողությանը մասնակցած ոստիկանության մի շարք աշխատակիցներ վերցրել են իրեն ու ընտանիքի անդամներին պատկանող 4 բջջային հեռախոսները, սակայն դրանք չեն արձանագրել համապատասխան քննչական գործողության ընթացքում, և մինչ օրս անհայտ է դրանց գտնվելու վայրը:
Նկատի ունենալով, որ նախապատրաստված նյութերում առկա են ՀՀ ՔԿ և ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների կողմից պաշտոնեական դիրքը ծառայության շահերին հակառակ օգտագործելու ենթադրյալ հանցագործության հատկանիշներ, ուստի Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
