Մարզերի զարգացման ռազմավարություններով հստակ ձևակերպում ենք, թե ինչի ենք ուզում հասնել. Կարեն Կարապետյան

Կառավարությունը հաստատեց մարզերի 2017-2025թթ. զարգացման ռազմավարությունները, որոնք մշակվել են ՀՀ 2016-2025 թվականների տարածքային զարգացման ռազմավարության հիման վրա: Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանը նշեց, որ ռազմավարությունների նպատակներն են` զբաղվածության ընդլայնումը, մարդկային կապիտալի զարգացումը և տարածքների մրցունակության բարձրացումը: Ռազմավարական տեսանկյունից տարածքային զարգացման արդյունքը կգնահատվի երկու ընդհանուր, սակայն հստակ ու չափելի հետևյալ ցուցանիշներով` 2025թ. դրությամբ մարզում մեկ շնչի հաշվով ՀՆԱ-ն կգերազանցի մեկ շնչի հաշվով ՀՆԱ-ի միջին հանրապետական ցուցանիշի 60 տոկոսը և մեկ շնչի հաշվով ՀՆԱ-ի 70 տոկոսից ցածր կգտնվի մարզերի բնակչության ոչ ավելի, քան 30 տոկոսը։ Երկրորդ՝ 
2025թ. դրությամբ բոլոր մարզերում միջին մասնագիտական և բարձրագույն կրթություն ունեցողների, ոչ գյուղատնտեսական ֆորմալ զբաղվածների և ակտիվ ձեռնարկությունների թվաքանակը կաճի առնվազն 10 տոկոսով` 2014թ. համեմատ: 

ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը կարևորեց մարզերի զարգացման ռազմավարությունները և նշեց, որ դրանք պետք է դառնան աշխատանքային փաստաթղթեր: Վարչապետը հանձնարարեց նախարարներին, գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարներին հնարավորինս արագ սկսել իրականացնել ռազմավարության մեջ ներկայացված իրենց համապատասխան մասը՝ մարզպետերի հետ համատեղ քննարկումներ կազմակերպելով: «Այս փաստաթուղթը կարևոր է, քանի որ մենք գույքագրում ենք ներկայիս իրավիճակը, թույլ կողմերը, պրոբլեմները, առավելություններն ու հնարավորությունները: Մենք հստակ ձևակերպում ենք, թե ինչի ենք ուզում հասնել», - «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց գործադիրի ղեկավարն ու հավելեց, որ վերահսկվելու է ռազմավարությամբ նախատեսվող ծրագրերի իրականացման ընթացքը:
