Ռուսահայ օլիգարխների եռյակը կկլանի Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտը

«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Ռուսաստանաբնակ հայերը գրավում են Հայաստանի տնտեսական եւ քաղաքական դաշտը: Ընդամենը կես ամիս առաջ Սամվել Կարապետյանը գնեց Հայաստանի ամենակարեւոր տնտեսական օբյեկտներից մեկը՝ «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերությունը, իսկ երեկ մեկ այլ ռուսաստանաբնակ հայ՝ Արա Աբրահամյանը, հայտարարեց, որ մտադիր է առաջիկայում սեփական կուսակցություն ստեղծել: Այս երկու իրադարձությունները փոխկապակցված ե, եւ կապ ունեն Ռուսաստանի կողմից Հայաստանում իրականացվող քաղաքականության փոփոխության հետ: Արդեն գրել ենք, որ Ռուսաստանը որոշել է այլեւս հույս չդնել Հայաստանի ռուսամետ գործիչների վրա եւ մտադիր է օգտագործել ազգությամբ հայ իր քաղաքացիներին:
Արա Աբրահամյանը չի կարող լուրջ եւ ազդեցիկ կուսակցություն ստեղծել առանց Կարապետյանների աջակցության: Ձեռք բերելով ՀԷՑ-ը՝ Կարապետյանները դառնում են հայ օլիգարխիայի ամենազդեցիկ ներկայացուցիչը, որովհետեւ Հայաստանում որեւէ այլ օլիգարխ չի տիրապետում նման հզոր եւ ազդեցիկ ձեռնարկության, ինչպիսին ՀԷՑ-ն է: Կարապետյանները միշտ էլ հովանավորել են Աբրահամյանին, եւ եթե Աբրահամյանը Հայաստանում իրականացնում է ռուսական իշխանությունների առաջադրանքը չեն կարող չօժանդակել նրան:
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի քաղաքականությունից հեռանալուց հետո Հայաստանի քաղաքական կյանքում նկատվում է ֆինանսական ռեսուրսի խիստ պակաս, եւ Աբրահամյանի քաղաքական դաշտ մտնելու դեպքում լրացվում է այս բացը: Եթե Աբրահամյանը սկսի փող ծախսել, ապա միանգամից կարող է կլանել ամբողջ քաղաքական դաշտը, որը տառապում է ֆինանսական ռեսուրսի խրոնիկ բացակայությունից:
Արա Աբրահամյանը կարող է լինել այն մարդը, ով իր շուրջ կհամախմբի ընտրազանգված ամենաընչազուրկ եւ աղքատ խավերից, ովքեր հույս կփայփայեն, որ մեծահարուստ Աբրահամյանը ընտրությունների ժամանակ իրենց ընտրակաշառք կբաժանի կամ կզբաղվի քաղաքական բարեգործությամբ՝ ինչպես ժամանակին անում էր Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը:
Արա Աբրահամյան, Սամվել Կարապետյան զույգին կարող է միանալ նաեւ ռուսահայ եւս մեկ գործարար՝ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը, ով կարող է կողմնորոշել էլիտար լիբերալ զանգվածին:
Ռուսահայ այս երեք գործարարների դաշինքը եւ համագործացությունը կարող է հանգեցնել Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտի մյուս ուժերի ոչնչացմանը: Կմնան արեւմտյան հայացքներ ունեցող քաղաքական ուժերն ու գործիչները, սակայն այս եռյակի ճնշումը քաղաքական դաշտի վրա կարող է այնքան տոտալ լինել, որ սրանք էլ կարող են մարգինանալ եւ հայտնվել քաղաքական դաշտի լուսանցքում»:
