Հայաստանի 18 խոշորացված համայնքներից մոտ 6-7-ում սկսված ներդրումային ծրագրերը համաֆինանսավորվում են ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ, Շվեյցարական կոնֆեդերացիայի զարգացման գործակալության, Կառավարության կողմից։
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Վաչե Տերտերյանը։
«140 համայնքների ֆինանսական մասով ունենք շուրջ 12 մլն դոլարին համարժեք դրամական ռեսուրս, որը պիտի բաժանենք 18 խոշորացված համայնքների կողմից ներկայացված ծրագրերին համապատասխան։ 18 խոշորացված համայնքներից մոտ 6-7-ում մեր կողմից խոստացված ներդրումային ծրագրերը սկսված են։ ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ, Շվեյցարական կոնֆեդերացիայի զարգացման գործակալության, Կառավարության համաֆինանսավորմամբ, ինչպես նաև համայնքների սեփական ներդրումների հաշվին արդեն իսկ սկսել են իրականացվել ներդրումային ծրագրեր Դիլիջանում, Թումանյանում, Տաթևում։ Մոտ օրերս նաև մի շարք այլ համայնքներում մենք կունենանք ժամանակակից կոմունալ և ճանապարհաշինական ուղղվածության տեխնիկայի մատակարարված առաջին խմբաքանակները, որոնք էապես կբարեփոխեն համայնքներում ծառայությունների մատուցման որակն ու հնարավորությունները»,- ասաց Վաչե Տերտերյանը։
Այդ ծրագրերում հիմնական ուղղությունները, որոնք համայնքները իրենց համար համարել են կարևոր, եղել են ճանապարհաշինությունը, ջրամատակարարումը, ոռոգման ցանցերը, դպրոցները, մանկապարտեզները և ամենատարբեր ծառայությունները։ Այս ամենից բացի, Տերտերյանի խոսքով, համայնքները նաև ապահովվել են հասարակական տրանսպորտով։ ՀՀ ՏԿԶՆ-ի գործընկեր գերատեսչությունը՝ ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարությունը, լուրջ քայլեր է իրականացնում տրանսպորտային մատչելի կապ ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։ Նախարարի առաջին տեղակալի պնդմամբ՝ խոշորացված համայնքները պետք է կարողանան միջհամայնքային հաղորդակցություն ապահովել բնակավայրերի միջև։
