Շիրակի մարզը ևս կմիանա համապետական նոր շաբաթօրյակին: Այս մասին հուլիսի 6-ին Շիրակի մարզպետարանում կայացած «Մաքուր Հայաստան» ծրագրի շրջանակներում ստեղծված Շիրակի մարզային հանձնաժողովի հերթական նիստի ժամանակ նշեց Շիրակի մարզպետ Արթուր Խաչատրյանը: Հերթական համապետական շաբաթօրյակը տեղի կունենա հուլիսի 29-ին: Խոսելով շաբաթօրյակի կազմակերպչական աշխատանքների մասին՝ մարզպետը փաստեց, որ իրազեկման լայն աշխատանքներ պետք է մինչ այդ իրականացնել:
Իրականացված աշխատանքների ամփոփման ժամանակ մարզպետի տեղակալ Սեյրան Պետրոսյանը փաստել է, որ մարզում աղբավայրերի փակման առումով բավական աշխատանքներ են իրականացվել, հաշվառվել է 337 աղբավայր՝ մոտ 36 հեկտար տարածքի վրա: Մարզում առկա 79 համայնքներից աղբահանություն իրականացնում է 45-ում, սակայն ֆինանսական հատկացում աղբահանության համար իրականացնում է 59 համայնքում: 79 համայնքների ընդհանուր ֆինանսական հատկացումներն կազմում է մոտ 289 միլիոն դրամ, մինչ այս պահը ծախսվել է 79 միլիոն: «Անհայտ է մնում, թե ի՞նչ է լինում այն 14 համայնքների կողմից սեփական բյուջեից աղբահեռացմանը հատկացված գումարի հետ, որոնք այդ աշխատանքը չեն իրականացնում: 59 համայնքից 45 է միայն աղբահեռացում իրականացնում, իսկ 14 համայնքները, որոնց ֆինանսավորում է հատկացվում, բայց չեն իրականացնում աղբահանություն, ինձ համար սեւ խոռոչ են մնում»,- նշեց Արթուր Խաչատրյանը՝ առաջարկելով բնակչության հետ ևս մշտական աշխատանքներ տանել:«Մարդիկ 100 մետր չեն ցանկանում քայլել, դրա համար են աղբը գցում գետնին: Ես իմ ձեռքով իմ տանից աղբը լցնում, տանում թափում եմ, ի՞նչ է նշանակում, թե մարդը չի ուզում քայլել: Այնպես աշխատեք մարդկանց հետ, որ բանը հասնի նրան, որ աղբը գցեն աղբամանում»,-ասաց Արթուր Խաչատրյանը: Վերջում մարզպետը առաջարկեց ճանապարհային ոստիկանության և պարեկապահակային ծառայության միջոցով վարչական պատասխանատվության ենթարկել, տուգանել չսահմանված կամ չնախատեսված վայրերում աղբ թափողներին, իսկ այդ մասին նկարներ կամ տեսանկարահանումներ տրամադրել մարզպետարանին, ինչն էլ կփոխանցվի լրատվամիջոցներին: Հանդիպման ավարտին հանձնաժողովը քննարկեց նաև հուլիսի 29-ին համապետական շաբաթօրյակին հետ կապված հարցեր:
