Վարչապետի հովանավորյալը 7 ամիս աշխատավարձ չի վճարել աշխատակիցներին. սկանդալ Արմավիրում. «ՀԺ»

«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է.
«Արմավիրի ջրօգտագործողների ընկերությունում սկանդալ է հասունանում: ՋՕԸ-ի նոր տնօրենը, որ նշանակվել է փետրվար ամսին, չի վճարում ընկերության աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձերը, նրանց հետ պայմանագրեր չի կնքում: Ավելին, մեզ հասած տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ տնօրեն Կարեն Քոչարյանը նույնիսկ գրավադրել է ՋՕԸ-ի շենքը, վարկ է վերցրել, որը սակայն չի կարողանում վճարել:
«Արմավիր» ՋՕԸ-ի հաշվապահ Նարինե Օհանյանն armtimes.com-ի հետ զրույցում հաստատեց տեղեկությունը, որ փետրվար ամսից աշխատակիցներն աշխատավարձ չեն ստացել: «Իրենք ասում են, որ լավ գումար չեք գանձում, շատ պարտքեր ունի ՋՕԸ-ն եւ չեն կարողանում աշխատավարձերը վճարել, բայց մենք ինչով ենք մեղավոր, որ իրենք չեն կարողանում պարտքերը փակել»,- ասաց Նարինե Օհանյանը՝ նշելով, որ այս տարվա սկզբին Արմավիրի մարզի 6 ջրօգտագործող ընկերություն միավորվել է՝ դառնալով «Արմավիր» ՋՕԸ:
«Գազպրոմը տեղափոխվել է ոռոգման ջուր: Բոլորը՝ տնօրենը, տնօրենի եղբայրը, տնօրենի զոքանչը, բոլորն աշխատում են վարչական ապարատում: Գլխավոր հաշվապահը Կարեն Քոչարյանի զոքանչն է, տեղակալը՝ իր եղբայրն է, ընտանեկան բիզնես է դարձրել: Իրենք չգիտեն, թե ոռոգման համակարգն իրենից ինչ է ներկայացնում: Ամեն մի բառ խոսելուց ասում են՝ մեր գազը, մեր գազում այսպես էր, այնպես էր»,- վրդովված ասաց հաշվապահը՝ նշելով, որ ՋՕԸ-ի ղեկավարությանը չի հետաքրքրում գյուղացու կարգավիճակը, միայն խնդիր է դրված գումարները գանձել:
Մեր զրուցակիցն ասաց, որ Կարեն Քոչարյանին «Արմավիր» ՋՕԸ-ի տնօրեն է նշանակվել էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների եւ բնական պաշարների նախարարության ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արսեն Հարությունյան հրամանով, որը նույնպես «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ընկերությունից է եկել կոմիտե: «Արմավիր» ՋՕԸ-ի նախկին տնօրենի պաշտոնն իջեցրել են, նա դարձել է տեղամասի պետ:
««Արմավիր» ՋՕԸ-ի նախկին գլխավոր հաշվապահ Սեդրակ Հարությունյանի համար այնպիսի պայմաններ ստեղծեցին, որ ազատվեց աշխատանքից: Դեռ իրեն աշխատանքից չազատած իր զոքանչին հրաման էր տվել, եւ ընդունել էր որպես գլխավոր հաշվապահ»,- մանրամասնեց Նարինե Օհանյանը՝ շարունակելով, որ տնօրեն Կարեն Քոչարյանն ամեն կերպ խուսափում է կոլեկտիվի հետ դեմ առ դեմ խոսելուց:
«Արմավիր» ՋՕԸ-ի աշխատակիցներն այսօր սպասում են տնօրենի պարզաբանմանը, եթե դրական պատասխան չստանան, վաղը կառավարության դիմաց բողոքի ակցիա են կազմակերպելու:
