Գիշերը տաք քրտինքից արթնանալն ամենատհաճ զգացողություններից մեկն է, որը կարող է ընդհատել հաճելի քունը և ազդել ամբողջ օրվա տրամադրության վրա:   Այս վիճակի բուժման համար հարկավոր է առաջին հերթին պարզել, թե որն է առատ քրտնարտադրության պատճառը:   Իհարկե քրտնարտադրությունը կարող է պայմանավորված լինել կլիմայական պայմաններով, ծածկոցով կամ  նույնիսկ ներքնակով, սակայն եթե այն պայմանավորված չէ վերոնշյալ պատճառներից և ոչ մեկով, ապա ժամանակն է օրգանիզմին ուշադրություն դարձնելու   Ձեզ ենք ներկայացնում 7 պատճառ, որոնցով կարող է պայմանավորված լինել գիշերվա ժամերին նկատվող առատ քրտնարտադրությունը:   1. Դաշտանադադար   Դաշտանադադարի ժամանակ կանայք հաճախ են ունենում ջերմության զգացողություն, որը կարող է լինել նաև շգիշերվա ժամերին, ինչի հետևանքով քրտնարտադրությունն ուժեղանում է:   2. Դեղամիջոցներ   Առատ քրտնարտադրությունը կարող է նաև պայմանավորված լինել որոշ դեղամիջոցների ընդունմամբ: Նման դեղամիջոցներից են հակադեպրեսանտների որոշ տեսակները, հոգեմետ դեղերը և նույնիսկ ասպիրինը:   3. Քաղցկեղ   Գիշերվա ժամերին ուժեղ քրտնարտադորությունը կարող է նույնիսկ լինել քաղցկեղի որոշ տեսակների (օր.՝ լիմֆոմա) վաղ ախտանշան: Քաղցկեղը նաև ուղեկցվում է քաշի անհասկանալի կորստով ու տենդով, որոնք նույնպես կարող են հանգեցնել քրտնարտադրության ուժեղացման:   4. Վարակում   Այնպիսի վարակները, ինչպիսիք են տուբերկուլյոզը, թարախակույտերը, էնդոկարդիտը (սրտի փականների բորբոքում) կամ նույնիսկ ՁԻԱՀ-ը, կարող են դառնալ առատ քրտնարտադրության պատճառ:   5. Անհանգստություն   Քրտնարտադրության պատճառ կարող են հանդիսանալ նաև սթրեսն ու անհանգստությունը: Անհանգստության մյուս ախտանշաններն են նյարդայնությունը, լարվածությունն ու քնի խանգարումները:   6. Քնի խանգարումները   Անքնությունն ու քնի այլ խանգարումները հանգեցնում են գիշերվա ժամերին քրտնարտադրության ուժեղացման: Բացի այդ, քնի խանգարումները կարող են նաև ուղեկցվել ծանր շնչառությամբ կամ շնչահեղձությամբ, քնկոտությամբ և արյան բարձր ճնշմամբ:   7. Հիպոգլիկեմիա  Արյան մեջ շաքարի ցածր մակարդակի արդյունքում նույնպես կարող է լինել առատ քրտնարտադրություն: Շաքարային դիաբետով տառապողներին գիշերային քրտնարտադրությունը կարող է անհանգստացնել հիպոգլիկեմիայի պատճառով:
