ԿԲ-ն «ՄԻՐ» քարտային վճարային համակարգն ընդգրկել է վճարահաշվարկային համակարգերի անվանացանկում

: ԿԲ խորհրդի նիստում Կենտրոնական բանկի հուլիսի 7-ի խորհրդի նիստում, որը վարել է ԿԲ նախագահ Արթուր Ջավադյանը, գրանցվել և լիցենզավորվել է «Պրեմիում Կրեդիտ» ունիվերսալ վարկային կազմակերպություն ՓԲԸ-ն: Փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ են կատարվել «Վճարահաշվարկային համակարգ վճարահաշվարկային փաստաթղթերի մուտքագրման և անվերադարձելիության պահի սահմանման մասին» որոշման մեջ, «Ֆինանսական խմբերի ճանաչման և ֆինանսական խումբ որակումը դադարեցնելու, ֆինանսական խմբերի կազմում փոփոխությունների կատարման, ֆինանսական խմբերի պատասխանատու անձանց նշանակման կարգը, ֆինանսական խմբերի տեսակները» կանոնակարգ 20/01-ում, «Ներդրումային ֆոնդերի զուտ ակտիվների արժեքի հաշվարկման կարգը» կանոնակարգ 10/04-ում, «ՀՀ ԿԲ-ում կանխիկ դրամով իրականացվող գործառնությունների կարգում»: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԿԲ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի ծառայությունից:

Խորհուրդը թույլատրել է ՀՀ տարածքում գործող ապահովագրական ընկերություններին իրականացնել աջակցության գործառնություն (այլ երկրների ապահովագրական ընկերությունների կողմից կնքված և ՀՀ տարածքում գործող ապահովագրության պայմանագրերի սպասարկում (ապահովագրական պատահարի վերաբերյալ ահազանգի ստացում, հայտի կարգավորման համար անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերի ընդունում, դեպքի վայր մեկնում, ապահովագրական հատուցման կարգավորում, վճարում և այլն)): Համապատասխան թույլտվություն ստանալու համար ապահովագրական ընկերությունները պետք է դիմում ներկայացնեն Կենտրոնական բանկ: Խորհրդի որոշմամբ «ՄԻՐ» քարտային վճարային համակարգն ընդգրկվել է վճարահաշվարկային համակարգերի անվանացանկում: «Արմենիան Քարդ» ՓԲԸ վճարահաշվարկային կազմակերպությանը «ՄԻՐ» արտասահմանյան վճարահաշվարկային համակարգում մասնակցության թույլտվություն է տրամադրվել: Հաշվառվել է «Թել-Սել» ՓԲԸ վճարահաշվարկային կազմակերպության «Կենտրոնական» մասնաճյուղը, վերաձևակերպվել Ա/Ձ Մանուկ Սարգսյանի արտարժույթի առուվաճառքի թիվ 206 լիցենզիան, ուժը կորցրած են ճանաչվել «ԻԶԻ ԿՐԵԴԻՏ» ՍՊԸ-ի գրավատնային գործունեության իրականացման թիվ ԳԳ-Ե 234 և «ԱՐՍ ԷԼԻՏ» ՍՊԸ-ի գրավատնային գործունեության իրականացման թիվ ԳԳ-Ե 273 լիցենզիաները:
