Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ խարդախությամբ գումար հափշտակելու համար

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԶՔԳՎ ՀԿԳ քննության վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ զինվորական ծառայությունից ազատելու պատրվակով խարդախությամբ գումար հափշտակելու համար։

Հուլիսի 6-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԶՔԳՎ ՀԿԳ քննության վարչությունում վարույթ է ընդունվել զինված ուժերից զորացրումը կազմակերպելու պատրվակով, խարդախությամբ զինծառայողի ծնողներից գումար հափշտակելու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՊՆ ռազմական ոստիկանությունում` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործը։

Ձեռնարկված քննչական եւ օպերատիվ-որոնողական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ,մեխանիզմը, բացահայտվել նոր դրվագներ։

Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ 1994թ. ծնված երիտասարդը 2017թ. հունիսի 6-ից 16-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ծանոթացել է զինվորական հոսպիտալում բուժման մեջ գտնվող պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայողի հետ եւ  հավաստիացրել, թե կարող է իր ազգականի միջոցով կազմակերպել նրա զորացրումը, ապա զինծառայողի ծնողներից պահանջել եւ հափշտակել խոշոր չափերի գումար։ Քրեական գործով բացահայտված մեկ այլ դրվագով երիտասարդը հունիսի 27-ին մեկ այլ զիծռայողի ծնողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ներկայացել է որպես  ՊՆ աշխատակից եւ  հիվանդության պատրվակով զինծառայողի զորացրումը կազմակերպելու համար կրկին  պահանջել գումար, ինչը վերցնելուց հետո բերման է ենթարկվել ռազմական ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների կողմից։

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների  համակցությամբ՝ 23-ամյա երիտասարդին  մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի եւ 34-178-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով: Վերջինիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:
