Հանրապետությունում կարկտահանությունից տուժել է 50 համայնք

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարի տեղակալ Աշոտ Հարությունյանն հուլիսի 6-ին և 7-ին այցելել է Արագածոտնի մարզի մի շարք համայնքներ`   տեղացած կարկտահարության պատճառով գյուղատնտեսությանը հասցված  վնասի չափերը դիտարկելու նպատակով: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և

հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից,  դիտարկման արդյունքներում պարզվել է, որ առավել մեծ վնասներ են կրել, մասնավորապես, Արագածոտնի մարզի Զարինջա, Արագածավան, Մաստարա, Թաթուլ, Արտենի, Ոսկեթաս, Ծաղկասար, Արևուտ, Թալին, Սորիկ, Սուսեր, Նոր Արթիկ, Ցամաքասար, Հացաշեն, Կանչ, Հակո, Գետափ, Շիրակի մարզի Ձիթհանքով, Քարաբերդ, Լանջիկ, Սառնաղբյուր, Բագրավան համայնքները, տուժել են նաև համայնքներ Վայոց ձորի մարզում:

Փոխնախարարի խոսքով՝ ընդհանուր առմամբ այս տարի հանրապետությունում կարկտահարությունից տուժել է 50 համայնք, վնասվածությունը հիմնականում 50 տոկոսից բարձր է, որոշ վայրերում այն հասնում է մինչև 100 տոկոսի:

«Ոչ միայն նախօրեին, այլև մինչ այդ տարբեր մարզերում տեղի ունեցած կարկտահարության դեպքերից հետո կառավարությունում վարչապետի հանձնարարությամբ ստեղծվել են աշխատանքային խմբեր, որոնք զբաղվում են վնասների չափերի հավաքագրման աշխատանքներով: Հաշվարկները կկատարվեն, ակտերը կներկայացվեն կառավարություն, որից հետո որոշում կկայացվի, սակայն 50 տոկոս և ավելի վնասներ ունեցող բոլոր հողօգտագործողների համար աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու մասով հիմնականում քաղաքականությունը նույնն է լինելու», - նշել է փոխնախարարը:

Աշոտ Հարությունյանը հավելել է, որ արդեն  տարբեր մարզերում «ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ» բանկի կողմից տարվում են աշխատանքներ՝ վարկերի մարման հետ կապված զիջումներ կատարելու ուղղությամբ, ընդ որում յուրաքանչյուր հող օգտագործողի նկատմամբ անհատական վերաբերմունք է ցուցաբերվելու:

Ուսումնասիրվում են նաև ոռոգման ջրի վարձավճարների, հողի հարկի զիջման հարցերը:
