Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Բ Ծայրագույն Պատրիարք և Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսը Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնում հուլիսի 7-ին ընդունել է ՀՀ ԱՆ Քրեակատարողական վարչության պետ, գեներալ-մայոր Արթուր Օսիկյանին՝ Քրեակատարողական հիմնարկների հովվության պատասխանատու Հոգեշնորհ Տ. Ռուբեն վարդապետ Զարգարյանի ուղեկցությամբ:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Մայր Աթոռի տեղեկատվական համակարգից, հանդիպման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել Հայաստանի քրեակատարողական հիմնարկների վիճակին և վարչության գործունեությանը, քննարկվել են նաև հիմնարկներում իրականացվող հոգևոր սպասավորության հետ առնչված հարցեր:

Նորին Սրբությունը կարևորել է քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում ազատազրկվածների հոգևոր խնամքը` ընդգծելով, որ ստեղծված հովվությունն այդ առումով պատասխանատու առաքելություն ունի: Գարեգին Բ Վեհափառ Հայրապետն իր օրհնությունն է բերել Ռուբեն վարդապետին և հովվության 10 հոգևոր սպասավորներին` նրանց նվիրյալ և հետևողական աշխատանքի համար: Այս կապակցությամբ Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսը նաև իր գնահատանքն է հայտնել ՔԿՀ վարչության պետին` հովվությանը ցուցաբերվող աջակցության համար:

Իր հերթին պրն Արթուր Օսիկյանն ազատազրկվածների հոգևոր կյանքի կազմակերպման առումով կարևոր է համարել հոգևորականների դերակատարությունը` փաստելով նրանց պարբերական այցելությունների դրական ներգործությունը: Այս առիթով ՔԿՀ վարչության պետը նաև շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Նորին Սրբությանը ոլորտի խնդիրների նկատմամբ դրսևորվող մշտական ուշադրության համար:

Զրույցի ժամանակ քննարկվել են Մայր Աթոռի և ՔԿՀ վարչության միջև համագործակցության առավել զարգացման և ընդլայնման հնարավորությունները:
