ՀՀ ծանրակշիռ պատասխանների արդյունքում Ադրբեջանը կորուստներ է ունենում, որից ուզած-չուզած պետք է հետևություններ անի. Ստ. Գրիգորյան

Ադրբեջանը շատ կցանկանար, որ ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գոտում տիրող իրավիճակի մասին հայտարարություն արվեր Համբուրգում կայանալիք Մեծ քսանյակի (G20) գագաթնաժողովում: Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց Գլոբալիզացիայի և տարածաշրջանային հետազոտությունների կենտրոնի ղեկավար, քաղաքագետ Ստեփան Գրիգորյանը: 

«Ադրբեջանի նպատակն էր պրովոկացիան նախաձեռնելով այնպես անել, որ բարձրանա մեծ աղմուկ, որպեսզի G20-ում հարցի վերաբերյալ տեսակետ հնչեցնի Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռ. Թ. Էրդողանը: Նրանք ուզում են, որ Ղարաբաղի ստատուս քվոն փոխվի և ամեն առիթ օգտագործում են, որ որպեսզի աշխարհին հասցնեն այդ տեսակետը»,- ասաց քաղաքագետը:

Գրիգորյանն ասաց, որ Ադրբեջանի համար նման սադրանքներ նախաձեռնելը, ինչպիսին մենք տեսանք մի քանի օր առաջ, ընդամենը աղմուկ հանելու նպատակ ունեն: Նա չբացառեց, որ գուցե Թուրքիայի նախագահի միջոցով Ադրբեջանը, այնուամենայնիվ, հնչեցնի իր տեսակետը:

Խոսելով հուլիսյան իրադարձություններից հետո ԱԳ նախարարների միջև սպասվող հանդիպումից՝ Ստեփան Գրիգորյանն ասաց, որ հանդիպումը որևէ արդյունք չի ունենա, բայց դրանից հրաժարվել պետք չէ: 

«Ադրբեջանի քաղաքականությունը փոխվեց: Վերջին 2-3 տարիներին նախապայմաններով քաղաքականություն են առաջ տանում: Նրանք գալիս են, ասում են՝ հետ հանձնեք տարածքները, հետո կխոսենք: Եվ դժվար է ասել, թե ինչ կարող են խոսել մերոնք նրանց հետ: Բայց հանդիպումից հրաժարվելը չի ընկալվի միջազգային հանրության կողմից: Նրանք չեն հասկանա՝ ինչու ենք մենք հրաժարվում: Այո, մենք գիտենք, որ Ադրբեջանի ապակառուցողական դիրքորոշման պատճառով այդ հանդիպումը որևէ արդյունք չի ունենա, բայց հանդիպումից հրաժարվելը միջազգային հանրության լեզվով նշանակում է լինել դեստրուկտիվ»,- շեշտեց քաղաքագետը:

Դիտարկմանը, թե կարծիքներ կան, որ հայկական կողմը, մասնակցելով այս հանդիպումներին, գոնե կարող է մի նոր առաջարկ անել, իր ձեռքը վերցնել քննարկման ընթացքը, օրինակ՝ նոր փաստաթուղթ ներկայացնել, Ստեփան Գրիգորյանն այսպես արձագանքեց. «Հայաստանը կարող է առաջարկներով հանդես գալ: Ես լսել եմ հայկական փորձագիտական շրջանակների տեսակետները, առաջարկները, որոնք հնչել են այս օրերին:

Բայց ես չեմ ընդունում ցանկացած առաջարկ, որն իր մեջ պարունակի միակողմանի զիջումներ: Զիջել որևէ բան ներկայիս Ադրբեջանին՝ անընդունելի է: Եթե մենք գործ ունենայինք Շվեյցարիայի հետ, Գերմանիայի հետ, պետությունների հետ, որոնք տրամաբանական քաղաքականություն են վարում, զիջումների մասին կարելի էր մտածել: Բայց Ադրբեջանը, Ալիևը չեն հասկանում, թե ինչ է նշանակում զիջում: Առաջարկներ կարելի է անել, բայց դրանք պետք է բացառել «միակողմանի զիջում» բառը»:

Քաղաքագետը նկատեց, որ հայկական կողմը վերջին շրջանում հստակ ու արդարացված քաղաքականություն է վարում, ճշգրիտ քայլերով է պատասխանում Ադրբեջանական սադրանքներին:

«Մենք քայլեր ենք անում, որոնք կշիռ ունեն, մեր պաշտպանության դիպուկ, կետային հարվածները տեղ հասան: Եվ կարծիքները, որ Հայաստանը քայլեր չի նախաձեռնում, հօդս ցնդեցին: Հայաստանի պատասխանները բավական ծանրակշիռ են, կետային հակահարված են տալիս: Պարզ է, որ դրանց արդյունքում ունենում են տեխնիկայի, մարդկային կորուստներ, որից ուզած-չուզած պետք է հետևություններ անեն»,- ասաց Գրիգորյանը:

Փորձագետի խոսքով՝ Ադրբեջանի քաղաքականության հետևանքով է, որ քաղաքացիական զոհեր են գրանցվում: Նա ասաց, որ առանձին դեպքերում պետք է լռել, բայց նախորդ տարվա ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմից հետո Ադրբեջանը «շատ է լկտիացել», և ճիշտ է, որ Հայաստանը դրան պատասխանում է:
