Ոստիկանության ՊՊԾ գունդը գրաված անձանցից Արամ Մանուկյանը ցանկանում է շարունակել ուսումը Երևանի պետական տնտեսագիտական համալսարանում կամ ՀՀ Պետական կառավարման ակադեմիայում:
Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց նրա ուսման գծով լիազորված անձ Արփի Ավետիսյանը:
«Արամ Մանուկյանը Ճարտարապետաշինարարական համալսարանի «Ձեռնարկությունների կառավարում և տնտեսագիտություն» ֆակուլտետում էր սովորում, այժմ ցանկանում է տեղափոխվել այլ համալսարան՝ տնտեսագետ մասնագիտությամբ: Հուլիսյան դեպքերից հետո Ճարտարապետաշինարարական համալսարանից Արամ Մանուկյանի ընտանիքին հայտնել են, որ գան՝ հեռացման դիմում գրեն,այլապես նրան կհեռացնեն: Քանի որ հեռացման դիմում գրելու հետևանքներն ավելի մեղմ էին, նրա մայրը հեռացման դիմում է գրել»,-ասաց Ավետիսյանը:
Նա հայտնեց, որ դեռևս Երևանի տնտեսագիտական համալսարանից հստակ պատասխան չեն ստացել, դիմել են նաև ՀՀ Պետական կառավարման ակադեմիա, որտեղի աշխատակիցներից մեկը խոստացել է աջակցել:
Հարցին, թե ինչպես է ընթանալու ուսումնական պրոցեսը, Արփի Ավետիսյանը պատասխանեց, որ Արամ Մանուկյանը բաց է թողել երրորդ կուրսը, այժմ, բացի բուհի համաձայնությունից, նաև պետք է տարբեր առարկաների քննություններ հանձնի;
«2016-2017թթ ուսումնական տարուց պետք է շարունակեր 3-րդ կուրսում, սակայն փաստորեն բաց թողեց: Եթե բուհերից մեկը համաձայնություն տա հանձնել քննությունները, ապա ես առաջարկել եմ, որ թղթային տարբերակով նյութեր տրամադրվեն Արամին, այնուհետև փաստաբանները դատարան միջնորդություն կներկայացնեն, որ Արամը քննության օրերին մի քանի ժամով ներկայանա համալսարան: Իսկ եթե միջնորդությունը չբավարարվի, թեստավորված տարբերակով կհանձնի քննությունները»,-ասաց նա։
