Հուլիսի 12-19-ը «Kitchen with Helen» նախագիծը մեկնում է միջերկրական ծովային ճանապարհորդության, որի մանրամասների մասին Հելեն Ուդումյանը պատմել է Life.panorama.am-ին:
«Միշտ խուսափել եմ օգտագործել նման բնորոշումներ, բայց այս անգամ պետք է ասեմ, որ Հայաստանից առաջին անգամ հենց մեր նախագծով ենք մեկնելու մեծամասշտաբ ծովային ճանապարհորդության Եվրոպայի երեք երկրներ եւ յոթ քաղաքներ: Մենք կլինենք Իտալիայում, Իսպանիայում եւ Ֆրանսիայում եւ կայցելենք Բարսելոնա, Հռոմ, Կորսիկա, Միլան, Լա Սպեցիա, Կան, Մայորկա քաղաքներ: Այս ջրային եւ ցամաքային ճանապարհորդության ընթացքում փորձելու ենք ծանոթանալ տարբեր երկրների եւ քաղաքների խոհանոցային հմտություններին ու գաղտնիքներին: Հետեւելու ենք, թե տարբեր քաղաքների մարդիկ խոհանոցային ի՞նչ նախասիրություններ ունեն, ի՞նչ են նախընտրում խմել եւ ինչ միջավայրում են սիրում ժամանցն անցկացնել: Ի դեպ, այդ ամբողջը տեսանկարահանելու ենք, որն էլ հետո ներկայացնելու ենք մեր հետեւորդներին: Հավելեմ նաեւ, որ հետաքրքիր նկարահանումներ ենք ունենալու »,- պատմեց Հելենը:
Վերջինս նշեց նաեւ, որ ճանապարհորդության շրջանակում միայն ռեստորաններ չեն այցելելու.
«Մենք շեշտը չենք դնելու միայն ճոխ ու հարուստ ռեստորանների վրա: Արդեն իսկ մի շարք չափորոշիչներ հաշվի առնելով ՝առանձնացրել ենք այն բոլոր ռեստորանները, որոնք պետք է այցելենք. դրանք ամենահայտնիներն են ու ամենավանադականները: Բայց անդրադառնալու ենք նաեւ փողոցային կյանքին ու ուտեստներին՝ սկսած արագ սննդից մինչեւ գինետներ: Ես հետեւելու եմ, որպեսզի վերադառնամ նոր ու չկրկնվող, համեղ բաղադրատոմսերով»,- ավելացրեց նա:
Մեր զրուցակիցը նշեց, որ սա արդեն չորրորդ ճանապարհորդությունն է, եւ հույս հայտնեց, որ հետագայում դրանց թիվը կավելանա:
Ի դեպ, Հելեն Ուդումյանը ծրագրում է աշնանը նոր հեռուստանախագիծ սկսել: Հետաքրքրվելով, թե նման հաղորդումների բազմազանության մեջ ինչպե՞ս է փորձելու նորություններ բերել էկրաններ, պատասխանեց.
«Ես չեմ սիրում փնովել, վատաբանել կամ թերությունների մասին խոսել, բոլոր նման ծրագրերն էլ շատ լավն են: Բնականաբար, շուկայում շատ թերի բաներ ունենք, որոնց վրա բոլորս պետք է աշխատենք: Մեր հաղորդումը պետք է լինի պարզապես համով կյանքի, ուտեստների, վայելքի ու հաճույքի մասին, այն որոշ իմաստով կլինի նաեւ ուսուցողական: Ես իմ աշխատանքով եմ ուզում ցուցադրել խոհանոցի հետաքրքիր կողմերը, դա ինձ իսկապես հաճույք է պատճառում: Ես սիրում եմ խոսել այն ամենի մասին, ինչը համեղ է, եւ դա անել պարզ, հասարակ ու գունավոր կերպով, եւ որ ամենակարեւորն է՝ առանց վախենալու, որ կսխալվես, կամ ինչ-որ մի բան չես իմանա: Ի վերջո, ողջ կյանքում պետք է սովորես: Ինչպես իմ տեսանյութերում եմ փորձում փոխանցել, այնպես էլ հեռուստադաշտում հնարավորության դեպքում կփոխանցեմ այն թեթեւությունն ու հաճուքը, որն ուտելիքներն են մեզ տալիս»:
