Past.am-ը ձեր ուշադրությանն է ներկայացնում պատճառները, թե ինչու են վիճաբանության ժամանակ տղամարդիկ ավելի հանդուրժող, քան կանայք.
Ամերիկացի հոգեբանները մի շարք հետազոտության ընթացքում պարզել են, որ տղամարդկանց էմոցիոնալ դաշտը առավել խոցելի ու զգայուն է, սակայն ավելի երկար են մնում լարված իրավիճակում:
Վիճաբանության ընթացքում արագանում է տղամարդկանց սրտխփոցը, բարձրանում է ճնշումը և այս իրավիճակում նրանք սովորաբար ավելի երկար են մնում, քան կանայք: Այս պատճառով էլ տղամարդիկ ավելի հաճախ են ունենում սրտի կաթված:
Սա է պատճառը, որ տղամարդիկ, հաճախ նախընտրում են լռել, որպեսզի իրենց սիրտն ու ուղեղը փորձության չենթարկեն: Նրանք դա մտածված չեն անում, այլ հաճախ դա անում են ենթագիտակցաբար: Բացի այդ տղամարդիկ կանաց պես հիշաչար չեն. նրանք արագ մոռանում են վիրավորվածության մասին:
Կանանց մոտ վիճելիս սրտխփոցը սովորաբար չի փոխվում, այդ դեպքում նրանք ավելի լավ են արտահայտում իրենց մտքերը և այդ մասին խոսելով, իրենց միանգամայն լավ են զգում: Իսկ երբ կինը լռում է և չի արտահայտվում իր ցանկությունների մասին, դա հանգեցնում է երկարատև դեպրեսիայի: Այդ պատճաով էլ կանանց խորհուրդ չի տրվում թաքցնել բացասական էմոցիաները:
