ՀԷՑ զարգացման գերակա նպատակներից  է հակաճգնաժամային ծրագրի ներդրումը, ընկերության ֆինանսական գործունեության օպտիմալացումը, սպասարկման որակի բարձրացումը եւ ՀԷՑ-ի ֆինանսատնտեսական վերահսկողության ապահովումը: Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերության նոր սեփականատեր, «Տաշիր Գրուպի» ղեկավար Սամվել Կարապետյանը:

Հայտարարությունում ասվում է.

«Ինչպես արդեն հայտարարել ենք, 2015 թ. սեպտեմբերի 30-ին «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների Խումբը եւ «Ինտեր ՌԱՕ» ընկերությունը պայմանագիր են ստորագրել՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության էլեկտրաէներգետիկ ակտիվների առքուվաճառքի վերաբերյալ։

Կողմերի պայմանավորվածության համաձայն «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ-ն («ՀԷՑ») շարունակելու է ամբողջ ծավալով կատարել իր կողմից նախկինում ստանձնած պարտավորությունները:

«Տաշիր» ընկերությունների Խումբը նաեւ ամբողջությամբ իր վրա է վերցրել ՀԷՑ-ի կառավարման պարտականությունը:  Ընկերության կառավարումը կլինի պարզ, հանրության համար հասկանալի ու թափանցիկ՝  հիմնված կորպորատիվ պատասխանատվության կարեւորագույն բաղկացուցչի վրա: 

ՀԷՑ զարգացման գերակա նպատակներից  է հակաճգնաժամային ծրագրի ներդրումը, ընկերության ֆինանսական գործունեության օպտիմալացումը, սպասարկման որակի բարձրացումը եւ ՀԷՑ-ի ֆինանսատնտեսական վերահսկողության ապահովումը՝  այդ թվում նաեւ համապատասխան նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրման միջոցով։

Նախեւառաջ, նախատեսում ենք արդյունավետ ներդրումների միջոցով բաշխիչ ցանցերի ենթակառուցվածքի արդիականացում:  Համընդհանուր անզիջում պայքար ենք մղելու արատավոր երեւույթների, կոռումպացված աշխատողների եւ անբարեխիղճ սպառողների դեմ եւ ներքին ռեսուրսների կենտրոնացմամբ, այդ թվում նաեւ՝  էլեկտրաէներգիայի կորուստների նվազեցմամբ կրճատելու ենք Ընկերության ծախսերը, որի արդյունքում հետագայում հնարավոր կլինի խուսափել ՀԷՑ-ի մասով էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագների բարձրացումից: 

3 միլիոն բնակչության շահը մեզ համար, անկասկած, առաջնային է եւ չի կարող համեմատվել որոշ կոռումպացված աշխատակիցների ու անբարեխիղճ սպառողների շահի հետ: Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բնակչությանն աջակցելու նպատակով որոշում եմ ընդունել իմ անձնական միջոցների հաշվին՝ ՀՀ կառավարության հետ հավասարության սկզբունքով փոխհատուցել 2015թ. օգոստոսի 1-ից բարձրացված սակագների տարբերությունը՝ բնակչության եւ փոքր բիզնեսի համար:

Պատրաստ ենք նոր մոտեցումների, նոր որակի աշխատանքի եւ անկեղծ, կառուցողական գործընկերային փոխհարաբերությունների հաստատմանը»:
