Հայաստանը Եվրոպական Միության հետ փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունների աջակցությանն ուղղված փաստաթուղթ կստորագրի:
Այս մասին հոկտեմբերի 15-ին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնեց ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Գարեգին Մելքոնյանը: «Նոյեմբերի 19-20-ը էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը կայցելի Բրյուսել: Այցի ընթացքում մենք նախատեսում ենք ստորագրել առնվազն 2 կարևոր փաստաթուղթ, որոնցից մեկը Եվրամիության Cosme համագործակցության գործիքին Հայաստանի մասնակցության փաստաթուղթն է, իսկ երկրորդը՝ փոքր և միջին բիզնեսի աջակցությանն ուղղված ծրագիր է, որի շուրջ մենք ամիսներ շարունակ աշխատում ենք և նախատեսում ենք այս այցի ընթացքում ստորագÖ �ել փաստաթուղթը և անցնել ծրագրի իրականացմանը»,- ընդգծեց փոխնախարարը:
Նա ընդգծեց, որ Եվրոպական Միության հետ համագործակցության առումով Հայաստանի օրակարգն այս տարի բավականին հագեցած է լինելու՝ ընդգծելով, որ կան բազմաթիվ միջոցառումներ, որ անցկացվելու են մինչև տարեվերջ: Մելքոնյանը հայտնեց, որ արդեն նոյեմբերի 4-ին Երևանում անցկացվելու է Հայաստան-Եվրամիություն համագործակցության կոմիտեի նիստը:
Գարեգին Մելքոնյանը նաև հայտնեց, որ ՀՀ-ԵՄ առևտրի, տնտեսական և իրավական հարցերով համագործակցության ենթակոմիտեի՝ արդեն մեկնարկած 14-րդ նիստի ընթացքում եվրոպական կողմին է փոխանցելու Հայաստանին շուկայական տնտեսության կարգավիճակ շնորհելու համար ներկայցված հարցադրումների պատասխանները: «Սա բավականին ծավալուն նյութ է և, համաձայն Եվրոպական Միության ընթացակարգերի, փաստաթուղթն ստանալուց հետո պետք է քննարկվի և որոշում կայացվի Հայաստանին շուկայական տնտեսության կարգավիճակ տրամադրելու հարցը»,- մանրամասնեց փոխնախարարը:
Նա ընդգծեց, որ կարգավիճակի տրամադրումը առնվազն մասնագիտական առումով վերաբերում է շուկայի պաշտպանական միջոցների կիրառման գործընթացներում երկրի նկատմամբ տարբեր մոտեցումներ որդեգրելուն: «Ավելի պարզ ասեմ, եթե երկիրն ունի շուկայական տնտեսության կարգավիճակ, շուկայի պաշտպանական միջոց կիրառելու ուսումնասիրությունն անցկացվում է շատ ավելի թեթև պայմաններով, քան այն երկրի պարագայում, որը չունի նման կարգավիճակ»,- պարզաբանեց փոխնախարարը:
